I ordered ugg boots for my wifes christmas box and have still not received them ..I have sent numerous emails to no response from them ...Customer service is non exisiting ..I have obviously been scammed as no doubt now reading everyone elses emails so have they ..DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS ...They should not be allowed to get away with it ... ROBBING B*ST*RDS....

I ordered ugg boots in december from this website...should have known better!!! It is now february and I still have not received the boots and have not as yet had any refund. Please stay away from this website.

I ordered ugg boots from this site (stupidly) when they arrived weeks later they are definately fakes. I compared them to my Uggs from ugg shop in manchester they are a poor copy. I played email ping pong with this guy called mike smith who is definately chinese and basically if I send them back to China I can have half my money back. It stinks that there is not someone policing these crappy sites. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Go to a proper Ugg shop

A friend of mine ordered boots from this site The best ugg boots.com and when I received them the stiching on them was absolutely horrible and the ugg insignia on the back of the boot is crooked..and now I don't know if I will get my money back. How do we as a great country allow these websites............
