Edit: After a negative review here, their customer service was extremely fast to respond. Great pots/pans which arrived in good order, prices are very good as well.
Original case: it was not clear in the order confirmation that because one of the 3x items was not in stock, the rest (incl. set of pots) would also not be dispatched next day. Possibly due to Covid, there was no reply to multiple e-mails asking when the order would be shipped. Probably a good idea to phone them instead!
