Received an email from Max Osteen from Bestmark about my online application being approved for a secret shopper job, I did not fill out an application.
W communicated via email about my 1st assignment and a package was being sent to me with the detailed instructions and a post dated check for $4, 770.00. I called the bank in Florida and talked with customer service
kc @landstarsettlementservices.com and she requested a copy of the check and letter. I forwarded both to her and she called me back shortly and told me the check was not on their account and it was fraud.
The letter is attached along with the check. The instructions were for me to deposit the check in my account, as soon as the funds were available I was to withdraw purchase 2 - $ 1000 money orders at 2 different Wal-Mart locations, leave them blank and go to Fedex and mail them to
