Purchased a wig that tangled the first day, without washing and without product. Couldn't brush or comb it. Emailing BESTHAIRBUY is a back and forth with notes like "my boss will be mad at me". You will NEVER get a refund or a credit. What a shameful runaround. There are plenty of in-person hair shops - - go there! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

When I initially bought this hair I liked it but after I had it in for 4 weeks I washed it and all of my hair came after weft and tangled so extremely bag that I cannot get a comb through it eventually I stopped combing through it rinsed it out and just had to deal with it. I had 4 bundles and a closure installed and now after 6 weeks to hair is so much thinner than it was when I had it installed because of all the tangling in shedding that it does. I know curly hair always tangles but this is a new type a tangle there is no getting a brush or wide tooth comb through. I know curly hair sheds but this hair sheds ridiculously and I can never comb through it without having globs of hair in my brush. I know that it has been dyed because I can smell the dye even after washing it the ends are always extremely frizzy. This hair is not a good buy.

Worst company EVER!!!!
I have ordered 2 sets of extensions, they have sent the wrong color TWICE! I have RETURNED both sets, I have not received the exchange or the refund for the first set I sent back! I’m out over $300 with NO product! I have sent 34 emails asking for help and still nothing! Terrible company ! Don’t waste your money

This company doesn't deserve 1 star, my rating is ZERO. I have contacted my bank to get my money back. I also filed a complaint with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION'S OFFICE. This company should not be allowed to SCAM us and get away with it. Wig arrived wrong color, wrong style and very, very, very thin. I contacted customer service and they lied about everything. They stopped communicating so I reported them. THE WEBSITE MUST BE TAKEN DOWN!!!!!!!!
STOP, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! Trustpilot i hope you can do something to take this website down to stop them from taking advantage of hard working people. I’ve been ordering from this site for about 3 years. I’ve never had a problem with the quality of the hair I purchased and until now never had a need to deal with customer service. On 1/24/19 I ordered ombre hair. The hair I received came quickly as usual but was not as depicted. The hair was almost completely fire red with only the roots being black. I immediately reached out about returning it. After more than a week of back and forth emails in which they asked why, tried to get me to “try it anyway”, etc. they finally agreed to exchange the hair for something else (no refund). I pay for the return and sent them the shipping label as requested so they could track it. They received it on 2/6/19. On 2/11/19 I sent a follow up email because I had yet to receive the replacement hair or even confirmation of receipt of the hair I returned. They respond on 2/12/19 that they will check and “not to worry”. Well today is 2/21/19 and I still have neither received the replacement hair nor any word whatsoever as to the status. I’ve enjoyed the hair I’ve purchased over the last few years but their customer is outrageous. They may have a US address in Georgia but don’t be fooled… this is a China based company and their customer service reflects it.

WARNING!!! Do not buy from this company. I ordered a wig and canceled it 14 hours later. They contacted me asking why I was canceling and stated they were going to ship it anyway. I checked the order status and it is still showing processing but they have already charged my account. I now have to go through my bank and Paypal to dispute the charge.

Ordered hair with Express shipping 1 week prior to going outta town. Never received hair. When I contacted the company the lady explained it's Chinese spring festival right now and no one works during this time. However they worked enough to accept my money from PayPal. I immediately requested a refund and like others they tried to convince me to accept hair anyway. They already admitted they still hadn't sent the hair so I requested a refund in its entirety with no restock fees or return shipping in the event they try and send it anyway. She offered me a pair of eyelashes as a gift to fix the situation and I declined. I had to pay cancellation fees on my trip and more as a result. They had no regards for me as the customer, she even sent me a small video of her family eating and celebrating to validate the negligence as if I cared. They even told me it would take 6 mos for me to receive a refund. My order was $350 but I received my refund in about 2 weeks roughly after escalating the dispute with PayPal.

One week ago I purchased a curly Bob wig from BestHairBuy for $130.00. Supposedly brazilian human hair lace front. The wig arrived on Monday and looked nothing like the style and picture advertised as soon as I opened the package I sent and email requesting return address this us the 4yh day Thursday and they keep sending computerized emails regarding 15% restocking fee and shipping fees for return or replacement' but wouldn't send the return address. They are waiting to the 7th day and then will say it's too late.
These Chinese companies are scamming us like crazy. 10 or more other wig stores uses the same picture prints of wigs and then send you a cheaply made copy with bad hair.then you cant reach them or they respond with computerized msg about more products. They are on the better business bureau. We have to stand together to put these people out of business. order from USA even though the hair is shipped from China the US company
contructs the wig and you can return and talk to customer service at anytime.

They have the worst customer service ever! Takes days before they write back and they will intentionally do this to make your return very difficult. Instead of providing the full info of the return they will take forever responding back and they won’t give you the return address till god knows after how many emails if they ever do so. They sent me a color completely different from what I ordered and I am still responsible for paying for shipping it back plus a 15% restocking fee. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at BestBuyHair.com !!!!!!

I ordered a human hair lace front wig and accessiories £245. The wig arrived it was quite clearly fake hair, no lace front. No fringe cut in like advertised and looked completely like a fancy dress wig.
I emailed to tell them I would like a refund. Atleast 20 emails later they still wouldn’t give me the return address, they pleaded with me to keep it as a spare, take it to a hairdressers, never argued that it was a fake hair wig.
Finally I went through PayPal to get my refund, during that process they emailed me twice a day everyday making me offers of partial refund, telling me the process will be long if I carry on through PayPal. Then when I finally got the return address off PayPal, it was China and cost me £59 they make it so the courrier couldn’t deliver it and it had to be taken to a local post office. But in the end PayPal gave me full refund anyway.
What concerns me is the people who buy theses wigs often have cancer and I cannot imagine the hell this puts on them on top of that.
Do not risk this company and if you do pay via PayPal to cover your back

First, i just want to say DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!! i don’t know who they have running this bs, but trust and believe it’s a scam. First i placed my order last week, which to this day it still says it’s been “processing” even though the processing days are only 2-3 days. around 2 days ago i tried to contact this company, and noticed there was no phone number to contact them, only email. so i emailed them to which a lady responded and gave me her phone number to text her about my order?? NO legit company will TEXT you, regardless how simple or complex the issue is.. then when i asked her about my problem, she told me “processing for synthetic wigs take 7-10 business days” WHICH IS STATED NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE. On friday she told me they were going to ship my wig in the morning, which they still didn’t. i asked her about it and all she said was basically “sorry but since it’s sunday now you’ll have to wait for me to check tomorrow” like what? And another thing, if you try to exchange a synthetic for a human hair, you’ll have to pay an additional $15-20. And she tried to tell me a coupon which CLEARLY worked, was old and didn’t work to jit me out of more money. I really hope someone reports this business because this is nowhere a legit company and all these positive reviews are fake.

I just order a wig for the first time and I was very impressed with the order, packaging and the condition the wig came in, I did do express and they came through beautifully for me. I was very happy because I need it on an emergency basis. I had to do expedited shipping and I got it in a couple of days. I colored it and it is beautiful in quality and has a nice texture. I am very pleased with my purchase. I will be ordering again from this company.

Running the business from their basement !
I ordered 500.00 worth of wigs and never received them. It was most unfortunate bc I was looking forward to building a relationship with a company for professional reasons, being that I'm a hair stylist. I buy in bulk and consistently. However when after I paid the extra amount of money to have my wigs shipped quicker I waited the allotted days and NO WIGS. I reached out to costumer service and that's when I realized this young man or woman TEXTED me back and refused to speak on the phone. Stating they spoke very bad English while their text came through in perfect English. I simply contacted Pay Pay and asked for a refund. For the owner attempted to banter back and forth over long awaited dates I knew she or he where in over their heads.
1. Be very careful with this company
2. Contact Paypal if you don't receive your items at their allotted time promised upon delivery
3. Read Reviews before purchasing.
3. Contact seller directly before selling and ask for tracking number asap.
4. If Paypal calls you about a purchase it's because they have had issues with a certain company as well. They are warning you. Cancel the purchase and count your blessings that they warned you.
Don't let my bad experience not allow them to help create a good one for you. However I will say there are plenty of options out there I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
