I bought a monitor of a friend which was still fairly new and I started to get some glitching.
Monitor is still under warranty and I have the invoice with the serial number. I spoke to someone from BenQ call centre and they were very rude and arrogant.
They will not cover the minor issue under Warranty as I didn't physically buy the product.
Will be replacing my monitors with another brand.

Could not have been a worse experience. First, when I went to Benqdirect.com there seemed to be no way to get my order shipped to Canada. When I sent an email to you the response I received was almost unbelievable. I was told that the lamp I wanted to order for my projector had been discontinued, as was the projector itself. Basically this tells me that when my lamp finally burns out, my $1,000+ projector would be useless after only 5 years of owning it. Finally I thought I had made it through the ordering process up until shipping, and decided to ship it to a friend who lives in Spokane WA. Success! but with no help from you.

I bought a lamp, but there is more wrong with my projector than the lamp, so I want to return the lamp and buy a new projector. I spoke with someone who said I would receive a return label, but haven't received anything. I've sent an email, and no response. I can't get customer service to process the return.

I got a replacement bulb for my HT2050. It caused the projector to automatically shut down after a few minutes. I tried to talk to someone who could help me troubleshoot but they only said I should send it in. That's a big hassle for me. I would at least like an explanation as to why I can't be guided over the phone. Also, the hours are terrible. Great for employees perhaps, and I get that, but terrible for customers nonetheless.

No way to return! There's no self-service return process available, and you have to contact the 'support team' - which never get back to you. BenQ products are fine, but benqdirect.com customer service is just non-existent.

Ordered a google JamBoard via BenQ on 16 March, charges of $1664 came out of my bank, haven't been updated by BenQ on the order. On their site, it says "Order Processing". After I sent them an email enquiry so I know when to expect it - nothing from them. It's now 26 March and they still show Order Processing. It may well indeed be a case where they have pocketed the money, and do not intend to send the product. Beware buyers.

Tech support listened well as I explained all the tests I did on my client's HT8050 4K projector: client said picture getting darker and darker then no picture. Ran service call, no picture, then a brite perfect picture, then dark, then out. Called BenQ, ordered new bulb. Never enough time to check status of bulb on screen. Installed new bulb. Same results. Tech support sent RMA. I packed projector in original carton and shipped. Projector under warranty. Client happy with speed of service, looking forward to getting the projector re-installed.
