Firstly. Took over a month for them to send someone to have the internet set up. Which actually only took less than 10 minutes... Unacceptable wait time for a paying customer.
Secondly. The internet speeds are so slow you might as well just not have any internet. Honestly. Netflix is unwatchable.
Not to mention their awful customer service.
Please don't waste your time.

Great internet service provider. whenever i had issues they would help SO much! they taught me how to change what channel our net connects to and was happy to spend hours on the phone to help me fix an issue. This company is truly great.

The worst internet you could ever imagine! I didn't have internet for about 3 months when i first signed up. It worked for about 4 months then shat itself for 6 months straight i called and told them its not working so they promised to send someone out to check the modem and what not, they never sent anyone out and didn't even contact me.
I went overseas for 3 weeks came back no contact had been made no emails no nothing and when i called to complain they said why didn't you call us sooner. I think i spent more time talking to them then what i had wifi! And to top it off i had absolutely no internet that whole time and they were still taking my money so i was paying them for nothing at all!!!!! I literally cried over the phone to one of them explaining that my low income cannot handle having no wifi, I LOVE STREAMING ONLINE AFTER WORK!! So many promises made and finally they refund me 3 payments onlyyy even though they have statements saying i haven't used anyyy internet at all not even 1mb. They try to reuse it by refunding the money and saying they will use it for the next payment so i dont pay, i paid that myself thats actually my money!! THIS IS CALLED STEALING!!
They need to notify us if there is outages in the area all the time and we wont sign up with them but instead they will convince you that its all gravy! Still so disappointed with how this all turned out.. YOU SHOULD SEE MY PHONE BILL!! can you believe the guy over the phone had the nerve to try and make me stay AND FEEL GUILT when i had finally had enough of this horrible service! Seriously out of this world!

I used belong's ADSL and also mobile sim... Initially they were very good. Now they don't even have tech support, call them and you will be taking to their automated teller and at the end will Trell you to check their website. My wife lost her account password we couldn't recharge her account and that was it!

Singed up for belong 5 months ago and informed them that after 5 months we would be moving property and they said that's OK, ring to change house and they now want a new 12 month contract or pay a discount fee.
There is no way I'm signing up for another 12 months of SLOW internet.
I am currently making a complaint to ACCC for misleading information.
