No code was found when prize was revealed, and numerous broken candles that i burnt anyway. Soooooo embarrassing to give as a gift.

I cancelled a recurring shipment that I had signed up for and since I cancelled too late, I was charged for one more monthly shipment of 2 candles. I contacted customer service to see if I could be refunded. I was advised that the shipment went out and that I would not be able to get a refund. Normally that would be fine, but about a week later I contacted customer service again to see when my shipment was sent, as I hadn't received a shipping email. I was advised that it wasn't sent. At that point I asked for a refund, they said they would process it within 3-10 business days. 10 business days later there is still no pending refund. I contact them again and they state that a refund was already issued. When I informed them that I had not received it, that advised that they would look into it. A week later I contact them again because no one had messaged back. At this point I still have no refund, and the original card is now expired, and a new one has been activated, so no refund will be able to be processed. I explain the situation and ask (since I still haven't received a refund) if I can just have my original shipment so that we can resolve this issue. Customer service states that they have to verify that the refund was not processed. That was in June. I have been trying to contact customer service a few times a month since then and they are not responding. I have still not received a refund or my final shipment. This company is not trustworthy and will take your money!!

After purchasing a lot of Bella Candles I'm done with them. The ring size is always wrong, and the code always comes up "Code Not Found". Too much competition for ring candles to waste my money on these anymore. Big waste of time and money. After reading so many reviews that were like mine, I wish I had read more a long time ago.

Have ordered many candles and never had a problem, but now I can't seem to get the code to come up. I contacted the company and was told to send them a picture of the ring. They got back to me with a $10 value. I wonder if this is why the codes won't work because all the the rings are only worth $10. I still have 3 more candles that I was going to give as gifts, but I can't now. Sad

Have purchased many candles from here, Love the candles themselves, very long lasting aroma but the rings aren't real silver anymore and when you go to the site to enter your code to see if you've won it just keeps saying "site can not be found" very disappointing because that was one of the best parts and now the gift i just gave won't be up to par for what i told her about the candle & ring we gifted her.

When I ordered, I was given the option of ring size so I ask for a size 9. The ring was cheap crap and it's super tiny. I would say maybe a size 5 at most. There is not even a way to check what they say the value is but no point anyway since it's obvious it's a tiny yellow synthetic stone. I won't be able to wear anyway. I emailed the company and they don't even reply.

Say no to green finger! I've ordered hundreds of candles from multiple companies. This was the best quality to price company. A few of my candles did arrive broken but an email and some photos of the damages and I got replacements very quickly.
I've even taken the ends of multiple candles (I usually get 3 of each scent so it can fill the house) and melted them down and poured them into a new always open candle jar and the scent is still so strong.

If I could give a 0 I would but unfortunately I cannot! Before I placed my order I contacted and did tons of research and was told that they were the best not only did my candles come in damaged but the rings are junk! To top it off they are rude! And I still only got part of my order! They refuse to give me my money back for the part I didn't get! Worst company ever don't waste your money. One of the candles smells horrible the other barely smells!

I am awaiting the return of Bella candles with their NEW SCENTS..I absolutely LOVE these candles..They smell AMAZING and burn what seems like FOREVER !!! And... You get a piece of jewelry !! Cant beat that !

Had four to five shipments of candles and all had broken candles.what kind of idiots ship glass candles with no packing or bubble wrap? I was asked to provide multiple pictures of broken candles multiple times. Had to open all broken candles and glass was everywhere. Not all my broken candles were replaced and still keep asking me to send additional pictures of candles with scattered glass everywhere. I sent multiple pics which were not good enough. I have more pictures of broken candles on my phone then family pictures. I would not recommend buying anything from here. Customer service don't care about you just keep sending same message over and over! I am not a candle photographer! They need to learn how to pack shipments properly !!!!!!

In May, 2016, I cancelled my subscription to automatic shipments via online chat with a customer service representative. Unfortunately, she didn't send a confirmation email and I neglected to ask for one. On October 21, 2016, I received an automatic shipment and was charged $49.99. When I contacted the company, Jeanette told me my subscription was still active. I was told my only recourse was to "shoulder the cost" of return postage and a $15 restocking fee. Highway robbery!

They could have done a little better with costume service and sending out my
Replacement candle due to mine coming in smashed but I think that was due to having to many people handling that issue and no one put the ticket in until the last person I spoke to almost 3 weeks later. Now I'm just waiting on this order to give you my overall opinion.

First off, I absolutely adore Bella Candles. The scents are not only amazing, they make my entire room smell like whichever one I choose to burn! My most recent experience started with a broken in transit candle. I contacted the support team, and within a matter of 2 hours and a couple of pictures, I had a new candle on the way... and they didn't even ask that I return the broken one!! Thank you for all of your help and your courteous customer service representatives!

I have to say, I am just amazed at how quick the email response is with this company. I had a few questioned when I first ordered and was a lil skeptical because there was no phone number to call but after seeing how quick they are with email response and how great and patient they were answering all my very many questions, I highly recommend this company! When I got my order, one of my candles came broken. I was upset, and quickly contacted the company. With in no more than 2mins, I got an email response. After sending a few pictures to prove the candle was in fact busted, they said they would send me a new one of whatever candle i choose. I have never had such great costumer service with any other company o have felt with. Bella candles is amazing and there product is great!!

They have absolutely no customer service. It's almost like you're constantly talking to a robot or automated service. I was charged with two charges out the blue of 49.99 and 2.99, I never signed up for this and it should not have been charged to my account. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU ALL AGAIN! If you are going to take money from someone's account you need to give them options of said membership and it needs to be straightforward as to what they will be charged. I have absolutely no notification or receipt of anything being taken out of my account, NOT EVEN ON THE ONLINE WEBSITE! I ordered with the impression that I would get a free candle that I had to pay 8.99 for, in which I was fine with AS A ONE TIME THING!!!
I am telling you to never ever buy from this company as they are CROOKS!!!

I ordered from this company and a couple of months later started getting 2 candles in the mail and they started taking out 49.99 plus 2.99 from my account unauthorized. I contacted the company and they said it's automatic with purchase.

I thought I was ordering the free candle with the 5.99 shipping fee. But was charged 25.98 I started emailing them with no answer but plenty of promo code emails. Got on live chat with them to get the runs round of them telling me when I'll get my order and to let them know if I have any more questions. So I call and get hung up on the first time call back and they insist I ordered 2 candles which I did not order and tell me it's my fault! Uhm no its not! Then see 2.99 charge today! Told TISH to cancel every thing and I better not be charged again and asked 5 times to get a confirmation saying any further changes would not occur to be told they can't confirm that and did I want an email saying so! Never again will I even look at this site! If u want a good ring in the candle go to Fragrant Jewels they are AMAZING

I ordered two candles. One was wild roses the other was warm apple pie. They both smell great. I was upset one candle was broken when it came in. I'm trying to get that fixed now. The wild roses fills the whole house with it's smell. I'm also glad cause it reminds me of my grandmother whom has passed away.
