It’s an absolute joke trying to call Beko. They warn you they’re busy so there’s a small delay.... I shudder to think what Beko considers to be a long delay when you wait close to an hour before you get through to someone. It’s an absolute slap in the face then, that when you finally get through you get cut off and they don’t call you back. I bitterly regret buying a Beko, they have utter contempt for their customers.
Like all retailers who have this degree of contempt for their customers, you can get through to the sales team in minutes. They have plenty of time for new customers. Just no time for the suckers who’ve already parted with their money.
I also notice Beko hasn’t responded to a single review showing how little they care about their customers. Thankfully I purchased my fridge on my credit card so have backup from the consumer credit act.

Asked my man to buy Indesit but he sent me Beko. I was very pleased with customer services, didn't wait long in a queue to register for guarantee. Have an old washing machine from Beko, im using every day and can bring it to guarantee for only £6 a month. Didn't want Beko products but they don't seem a nightmare (which you can read in some reviews). Accidents just happens. Even the best sportsman can get a contusion.

My oven stopped working on Sunday, I spent most of Monday on hold to customer services listening to the same message over and over again. In the end I went straight to the managing director Teresa Arbuckle after reading the reviews of other customers who were experiencing the same issue with getting through. By Monday evening I had a reply asking for full details for an engineer to attend, Tuesday afternoon I received an email saying the engineer would be out on Thursday, followed by a phone call saying the engineer would be here today. Pleased to say engineer has just left and oven working again. My advice bypass customer services as I don’t think they exist and go to the top. Good luck everyone

Don’t buy anything from beko ,I bought Fridge dishwasher cooker fridge dishwasher cooker from beko the dishwasher not working I try to to call them i Ben on a phone fro 1hr15 minute the told me I get charge for there Engineer to come out I say ok no problem I will pay for that but the still told me we don’t have anyone to send it out and the hung up the phone on me,so I advise people to don’t waist there money and time to buy anything from beko .

Washer dryer less than 3 years old and isn't working! Called Beko who put you through to Domestic General, who are crap! Only interested in selling you warranty cover. Would not recommend Beko to anyone. Time you got your customer care after service right!

Bought a crapo (beko,) from johnlewis. After a wash cycle 2 weeks ago it caught on fire, smoke everywhere. Phoned johnlewis and they told me to phone beko myself. 50mins later a man answered and I told him my beko washing machine caught on fire, he then hung up on me. Do not buy a beko product and johnlewis Custom service is also terrible. Still waiting 2 weeks later and cannot wash clothes. A disgrace of a company. If this is not resolved asap, then I will write a article for the local press.

Having waited and failed to get a reply from Beko customer services number 03332079710 today after well over an hour hanging on I read a few Trust pilot reviews. Wow. Awful. Please Beko cut out the young man on your recording (whilst waiting unsuccessfully) message. He tells you sorry for the delay but your call will be answered soon. Liar.
Beko not everyone can navigate your website and find answers to their problems. What is the point of having a customer services number?

Terrible customer service. Each time i have phoned i have been on hold at least 40/50 mins before you get to speak to somebody, then when you get through they are so unhelpful and rude. I will never buy anything beko again, awful.

9 month old Beko washing machine filled my kitchen with smoke at the end of a wash cycle. I called the customer services number for assistance. I was advised that an engineer would have to attend to assess the problem. I explained that the machine was now outside because it was smouldering and that bringing it back inside for an engineer to try and reproduce the problem was not an option! I invited Beko to collect the machine and investigate the cause of the smoke in their workshop, not my kitchen, but that was not an option. After a long discussion it was evident that Beko were not interested in finding out the cause of the fault and without an engineer attending to investigate no further action was possible. I have now disposed of the faulty machine without any compensation as the only solution was to bring the machine back inside to see if it would catch fire again!! Totally unacceptable Beko.

DO NOT BUY Worse integrated dishwasher ever and engine didn't have a clue he came out 6 times, 2 dishwasher in the end changed the brand. I had to keep paying to get it changed over disappointed is an understatement.

Absolute CRAP , i have yet to get through to an advisor on the service line, i have phoned numerous time with no reply, i have spent 30-45 mins each time waiting in the queue and nobody answers. They are without a doubt the worst ive ever come accross. CRAP i wouldnt even give them 1 star but had to to leave the review.

Just Bought a Beko Heat Pump Dryer after our old condenser one died after 7 years of use and so far so good.
Pros Very-Energy efficient,Easy to use.
Cons-Extra Dry Cycles Take Very Long,Came With An broken drum Light but got fixed straight away buy an beko engineer.

Bought a brand new Washer/Dryer and it has completely broke within the 2 year manufacturers warranty period. There is an electrical fault and it is covered by Warranty. However, Beko have not got the parts needed to repair the job and wont tell me when they will be able to repair the machine. It has already been 2 weeks and we are no closer to them honouring their warranty. They have just said the part will come whenever it comes which could be weeks apparently or longer!!
They also won't replace machine with a new one as it didn't break in first 30 days.
I spoke to an advisor today who had very limited knowledge and was meant to be emailing me the customer service details so I can submit a formal complaint. However he hasn't done this.
My feeling is that Beko as a company do not value offering a good customer service nor do they take their warranty seriously. BEWARE.
I would pay a little extra in future and purchase from a more professional brand.

Worst customer service .....
Bought a fridge freezer last December, after a couple of month there was a split in the seal and fridge constantly wet ruining food. Had a replacement seal, now door wont close so constantly wet food. Called to complain, was spoken to very rudely. Arrznged new date on my one day off, waited for the engineer, was in the whole time but noticed he put z calling card to say he called and I was out!!!. I immediately calked customer services took the usual 55 min to get through by which time engineer out of the area and refused to return. Arrznged another date for over a week awsy only to get a voicemail today advising me that is now cancelled as they have no engineers available snd they have rebooked me the following week when I am on holiday.
It takes forever to get through to anyone the customer service is awful couldnt give a dam and engineers work Monday to Friday only so no good if you work fulltime. Never will I buy Beko again or from Currys who sold the product but dont want to know.

I just bought a new Beko fridge (RCSA270K30W) and it came without a power cable! I was shocked! This tells me that Beko is doing a terrible job of inspecting and testing their products. Very shoddy!
Had I known about this site and the horrible reviews that Beko products get, I would never have bought it.
Update (5 September 2019): I received a new power cable in the mail from the company through which I purchased the refrigerator. With some effort, I was able to get the fridge working. The refrigerator does make some strange sounds when it's cycled on, but it doesn't seem very loud. It does the job, and only time will tell if this refrigerator will be reliable.

I bought a BEKO freezer 3 months ago. One of the door fronts has broken already. I have tried ringing customer service to get a replacement but it’s impossible to get them to answer and they don’t provide an e mail address on any of their paperwork. I won’t be buying any more BEKO products

I have an 18 month old 9Kg washing machine. It started making a horrible noise yesterday then poured water all over the floor.
Took it out last night to dry out the carpet/floor. Looked under the machine, the big 'concrete weight' had broken in two, shearing off its mounting screws. This had caused the drain hose from the drum to come off, thus letting the water out. I spoke to Becko this morning , fully expecting a favourable response, due to age and extreme fault.
After 30 minutes waiting on the phone, the another 5 minutes while the chap I was talking to when to speak to his team leader.
He came back & said the machine would have to be overloaded to cause this, should have been more careful.
What a joke this company is. I will not even buy a wheel barrow off them in the future. Stay well clear, it is total crap, I should have read the reviews to start with.

I bought hoover 4 months ago. Not working .. tried to contact beko 3 times with no luck. When you call helpline rhey keep you on hold fo 45min. Unfriendly staff. No help at all. One of them said will call next day to resolve my issue- never done it. Worst company ever. Worst customer service. Worst hoover I ever had.

If I could score - 200 for customer service I would. Bought a dishwasher which is less than 2 months old. Waited in excess of 20 mins each time to get through. Rude staff and lie about leaving voicemails which don't exist for appointments. Still no resolution - now having to seek legal advice to seek refund.

DO NOT BUY ** Purchased a BEKO washer dryer January 2018, it has completely broken, electrician says needs new PCB board costing Approximately £100. I only use this appliance twice a week so a large family would have no chance. Next time I will avoid a product with only 1 years warranty. Would not buy BEKO again
