Beko after sales is rubbish. We have had problems with our fridge/freezer, the fridge keeps icing up on the minimum setting. The engineer said the appliance needs replacing. Bought through the Coop who no longer sell these goods. So pass us on to Beko, who say it needs Coop to refund, who say Beko should replace and so it goes on and on for weeks!!!

Appalling customer services.
I will never buy a Beko product ever again after the horrendous customer service received following the breakdown of a 2 year old washing machine.
Their ‘insurance’ is equally as terrible. Unbelievably rude and unknowledgeable staff. Went back and forth for days. Spent literally hours on the phone. Nothing happened. Engineer never turned up.
I phoned a local tradesman, who arrived within hours, fixed the problem within minutes, and charged less than the ‘insurance’.
Even if the products were better, it’s not worth the hassle of poor customer service.

So, my mother’s washing machine failed within 3 months, called support and was on the phone 2 hours, had to drop. called again and this time got the insurance company who sold me a nice policy that I thought would have helped get faster service, only 4 pounds per month. So then used their online repairs service which looked great until it told me - GOOD NEWS your machine is in warranty phone BEKO. So, I called BEKO again and it took nearly 3 hours to get a response.... and absolute joke and the last item I will EVER BUY from BEKO.

We have bought a few items from AO over the years but this issue has really got my goat! Bought a Beko WR852421S Washing Machine in Silver. Delivered 3 March 2016. Albeit it being 3yrs and 7 months ago I went to our rental property yesterday where a woman and 2 teenagers live. Very responsible good tenants and she showed me the washing machine. The door was coming off, The wash cycle would just stop an hour in and sometimes started again after 1hr. She has tried cleaning the filters and done all necessary upkeep. When you open the filter cap on the bottom front right water just spills over the kitchen floor.
Now I fully appreciate that there is a 1 year manufacturers warranty but the state I have witnessed a washing machine to be in after this period of time is scandalous.
Anyways on the front of the machine there is the usual stickers and so forth. There's one with a number 0330 123 1750 for repairs in or out of warranty. I called it and was canvassed for a maintenance plan and told the average repair cost is £110. The washing machine cost £249.00. I thanked the woman for the info and asked for an engineer to come and asses situation as the machine isn't old and the state that its in doesn't match the age. I have a washing machine which I've had for 12 years and it has had 1 or 2 issues but it still works fairly well.
Now I'm a fairly pragmatic person who accepts things don't last forever and all that but this really stinks to high heaven.... I now have to enter the murky world of calling this number, emailing that department which will eventually probably lead to nowhere. Its not all about fancy wording and sparkly websites. Just be a real retailer and approach situations with a element of reality

Bought 2 "Leisure" badged Beko PBC273F Integrated fixed door fridge freezers via AO.com These are both in the same kitchen the first of the 2 broke down with a faulty defrost heater for the freezer within a few weeks and after being written off and replaced the new unit had failed also. Beko/Leisure have stopped making them and AO no longer will be stoking them. No viable alternative offered unless I spend double the price with AO. Little or no compensation for all the cost and aggravation of having 2 installs and 1 uninstall to pay for on top of all the breakdowns. Beko customer service calls take at least 30-40 minutes to get through only to speak with someone who does not know what they are talking about. You are better off going through to AO and getting them to put you through. Don't waste your time and money but a better brand from a vendor and re-seller that cares about what they build.

I purchased a Beko hob four months ago and three days ago it stopped working. I spent an hour on hold with Beko trying to get through to anyone but no one ever answered so I finally gave up. I then went to the shop where I purchased the hob and explained my situation and the staff there put me down for a call out from a Beko engineer to come out to me. It's been three days since I was put on this list and have still heard nothing. Very annoyed and disappointed would never buy one of their products again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Our washer-dryer is less than 2 years old and the digital panel has already stopped working. The machine still works, but without the digital screen we can't see how long is left in the cycle, or use some of the settings on the machine.
We're out of warranty, which is fair enough, but this really speaks to the very poor quality of their product. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Beko - I know we won't be doing so again.
And a word about their customer support...very rude and confrontational. When I asked if they could help me find someone locally who could fix the digital display, they hung up on me. Given the state of their products, I shouldn't have been surprised.

Had a faulty fridge freezer in guarantee, Engineer said needed replacement. Beko couldn’t supply replacement for two to four weeks so took refund (from CO-OP, who’ve now ceased trading) Of course didn’t refund delivery, removal etc and fridge has gone up in price, so out of pocket. Also took literally hours to get through to Beko helpline over several calls. The people on the helpline were very pleasant and helpful though, and I expect hamstrung by their procedures - one seemed as frustrated with Beko as I did. What I really objected to though was the attempts at selling me insurance when trying to organize an engineer visit - this I understand is their procedure too, so not blaming the person I spoke to!!!

I called Beko to find out how to adjust the alignment of my American style fridge freezer doors. BEKO - ASL141B American-Style Fridge Freezer - Black Product code 100512 £ 649.00
The person did not know but took my email address and emailed me the user manual which did not have any instruction on how to adjust the alignment of the doors. I sent her an email back but she has not responded. I sent a separate email to customer service and still no reply other than an automated reply confirming receipt of my email.
This Company is not helpful to it customers and my advice is to use another Company. I do not understand why but German companys are alot more organised (Bosch etc).

This company is shady. We bought a washing Machine (6 months old) and it started making a noise and then water started leaking out of the under part of the Machine. Contacted Beko ( after an hour waiting on the phone) they sent someone out. The man opened up the top of the Machine and said their must be a 1 pound coin that had gotten through the tiny holds in the drum, keep in mind that he did not find the coin or had any way of providing that it was caused by me and not just the Machine being faulty when showed him the parts that had come out of the wash little plastic particles he’d simply brush that off saying that could be anything. So I don’t find it fair that beko simply does not carry out investigations they simply place the blame on the customers so they can score and pocket extra cash on the repairs.
Logic would tell you that a 1 pound coin has no way of fitting through those tiny little holes in the dram, it can only be a part that has broken off in the process of spinning and in the water drainage in the front of the machine is spitting out small plastic particles that’s so something has broken off. Beko does not want to hear anything about this and the lady on the phone simply says the engineer says it is a £1 coin and that’s that. I want evidence that it is that and not a faulty part that has broken off in the spin before I hand over any of my cash for this repair to take place. Me as a customer has the right to request physical evidence that this has been caused by my doing and not your bloody faulty machine. No support as to what measures will be taken further was provided to me by this company. I will avoid and suggest that all people avoid this company’s products they are a complete rip-off .
This should be reported to consumer watch as the products may be faulty and we as customers have to pay the price for it. I am in the process of talking with trading standards and getting advice from them.

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS THEY FALL APART IN UNDER 2 YEARS!!!!!!!!!
I have had a washer/dryer for around 18 months and a part of the washing machine has snapped off!!! Inside it!! It doesn't drain and the rotating thing at the bottom has come off!! Originally when I phoned Beko they said someone would be out Monday. However they have just phoned and said there's nothing they can do!!
Unacceptable it's fallen apart, its less than 2 years old and can't be wear and tear!! They admitted it's a fault on the phone but still have done nothing!! DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS THEY FALL APART!!

Own a fitted kitchen washer/dryer that died after 1 year. Was fixed but has died again a year later with exactly the same fault!!
Do Beko fit faulty parts to make sure you insure each year?
Don’t buy their products.

I bought a Beko condenser dryer in November 2018. From day 1 the dryer has never really dried the clothes. It is 1-8kg, however I can't even put half a load in. The door on the filter kept popping open. I have tried all of the 14 different settings on the dryer. Despite this it takes me about 4 hours over 2 or 3 days to dry 1 load of clothes.
About 3 months after I first bought the dryer,
I had an engineer out, who replaced the door at the bottom, for the filter and another part I can't remember, unfortunately.
As it's been summer, I haven't had to use the dryer. However I have since started using it and it is back to its old tricks.
I have just called BEKO customer service, to book an engineer, to be told my warranty runs out next week. They can only send an engineer out, if I agree to a possible charge of £55 if the engineer says it is not a manufacturers issue. I said I wasn't happy to agree to this charge and was told if I didn't agree then the engineers appointment would be cancelled. I can't have a replacement, because it is mot within the 30 days guarantee. So I have been BULLIED into agreeing to the £55 charge, otherwise they wouldn't come out to check for a fault.
So I could be stuck with a dryer that I have paid £140 for, that is not fit for purpose and an added £55 charge.
After a very tearful and stressful 35 minute phone call, I was given the customer support email, to raise a complaint. However after reading a rather worrying amount of bad reviews on here, I feel this is going to be a waste of time.
I think it is safe to say I will NOT be buying Amy BEKO products in the future.
Appalling customer service POLICIES!!!!

I have now been queuing on the customer service number 03301 233206 for over 30 minutes for the second time today.
The fridge freezer was only installed at this lettings property in late July, issues have started with ice build up in the fridge & the freezer has defrosted its self twice with tenants loosing a freezer full of food.
After the first 45 minute call this morning the tenant was ask to clean & soften the seals with warm water before Beko would consider booking an engineer appointment, this has made no difference & I have now been queuing for 40 minutes for the second time. (Still no engineer appointment)

Have been on hold twice now for over a quarter of an hour with no answer to discuss a broken seal on a fridge door that is within the warranty period, seven months old. A standard message explains that they are currently experiencing a small delay in answering calls, I suspect that is a permanent feature! There is no indication of being in a position in a queue, from other reviews here I fear that no matter how long I spend on hold I will be ringing an empty room. As Beko have no other way to contact them I am leaving a poor review here as that has spurred recalcitrant customer service departments into action in the past. Otherwise I'll have to take to social media!

Spent over £600 on new upright fridge and upright freezer. Door had to be reversed on the freezer. Ooops the instructions printed in the manual are wrong - verified by a comment from a customer on BEKOs website. Frustrating call to customer service. Could not help full stop. Not able to pass back the comment for the benefit of future customers ( we are too big an organisation for me to do that). I pressed on and managed to work out what to do for door reversal. Next issue a key substitute hinge part was missing. Back on the phone to BEKO. As for the fridge - the screws to fit the door hinge - left for the customer to do were missing. Both missing parts will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days. No apologies on any of my calls.

Bought a Beko Washing Machine as the previous one replaced under warranty due to being defective. Read book and the programmes detailed differed. The Drum Clean programme failed to work simply did a rinse. Rang told the book is sometimes wrong!!!! Then told to fo a factory reset, involves turning machine off and unplugging it for 2 hours. As it had been in the van on way to house would have expected it to be in reset state. Needless to say dud not change things. Emailed chief executive no reply but hardly surprised reading some of the other reviews. Don't buy and don't ring customer service as useless
