Efficient service and extremely quick (2 days) delivery in middle of the pandemic 2 months ago.
The personalised handwritten note is an extra touch and shows great customer service (Thank you Maurice, they are a great fit!)

Begg shoes are a new discovery for me. I loved the wide range on their website, so called them with a query.
My call was answered immediately, by a very helpful member of staff and after ordering I received my shoes in 48 hours. I ordered another pair, also received 48 hours after ordering. Each parcel contained a handwritten personal message.
I am happy to recommend this company without hesitation.

I have been to the shop in Perth and Inverness and the staff members were really rude, slow and unhelpful. I was looking for a gift for my mother (a slipper) and ended up being humiliated. Never returning.

We were in the Inverurie shop today and was served by Hayley ( at my request) . The purpose off our visit was to have my severely mentally handicapped brother-in-law fitted with new shoes . As expected the service was brilliant . Hayley was so helpful and patient with him and gave us so many choices . We left very happy with a pair off Picalino leather shoes ,much to his delight . Thank you again Hayley as shopping with him can be very stressful .

I visited the Beggs shop in Elgin. They didn't have my size in the shop however, the very helpful assistant checked the website and placed an order for the shoes to be posted to me. My lovely new shoes arrived within a few days and I had email confirmation of the progress of my order. I will definitely be ordering shoes from Beggs in the future.
