Bedrock Legal took a second draft out of my bank account UNAUTHORIZED! This not good because they just took part of my rent money! I called to let them know and according to them I can't get it back till it post to Bedrocks account. They admitted it was a their system error! So now I have to wait and yet my rent is due. I explained to Eddie in the Escalations department how this is affecting my finances and I asked for an email from him to confirm that they would return my money, Eddie said he would and also include that there was an error in Bedrock Legal's system and that he would send out the email in the next five minutes, it's been 2 hours and I'm still waiting. I called again to speak with Eddie in the Escalations department and they would not patch me through to him, instead a representative called him and spoke with him and once again she told me that Eddie said he was sending the email " right now". No email has come through. This is so unprofessional.

If I had to do it over again I would not have chosen this program! I was assured that you would take care my creditors as long as I paid you. I have completed all the payments for this program but yet now my checking and savings accounts have been locked and I can not get to my money! I called your office and talked to Pricilla and she gave me information to call the lawyer so I did that and the lawyer, John Schulte, told me that he has nothing to do with this, that his job has been done. He told me that Bedrock has dropped the ball and someone is not doing their job! So, what do I do now?
I am finding that this is not a very reputable company. Will you please Chang my mind on this and help me to resolve my problem? Thank you!

I called to wrap up everything as I end my program. The representative (I didn't write down her name) was very organized and detail orientated. She explained everything and was very friendly. She made me feel like I mattered and was really there to help.

Bedrock legal i believe is starting to turn a new leaf when coming from Customer care. when i first started this program they would calling my monthly just to check up. Then the next year or so it was nothing. After 2 years being in the program it seems they started calling again and wanted to keep me up to date as to what was going on. I can only hope they complete with what they started without always being called upon and asking "whats going on?"

I started with Bedrock Legal in 2017 to assist with my credit card overload. I was NOT in default of any of my cards but was tired of paying extremely high interest rates and wanted to get rid of the debt to work on my credit. I have NEVER missed a payment to Bedrock. I have, however, had issues with Bedrock making MY payments after an agreement has been reached. I have now been garnished $754 bimonthly in addition to my $460 Bedrock payment. I spoke with the lawyer in 2018 about two of these acct. apparently somebody didn’t follow through and now I’m suffering due to Bedrock’s negligence. It was my understanding that bedrock would handle this headache for me. However, I have had to deal with this over and over. I wish I had never used this company. Just now I was told that “I” neeed to reach out to the lawyer to find out why he didn’t follow through with this creditor. What is bedrock for? If I have to handle this problem, I could do a much better job. How can I stop this program? What will happen to the creditors that we’ve made an agreement with? I need help. I’ve asked to speak with the litigation department, the lawyer, the president, the director, the manager, or anybody besides the “hello” lady that can get me some help! I can’t get anyone to ever call me back, email me when they say they’re going to, or follow up with my accounts. I want out!!!!! I’m so mad!

I spoke to a young girl named Essence. She was absolutely delightful. Essence was pleasant, reassuring and very knowledgeable. She was also very down to earth. I wish Bedrock Legal had more young ladies like Essence to guide clients along. She put me to ease and made me laugh out loud.
I think she deserves a raise and at least a day off! I enjoyed speaking with Essence very much. Wonderful!!!

I need someone to call me ASAP please! I call and set on hold for 30 minutes and run out of time before I can talk to someone.
I called and did get to talk to a gentleman about a week ago and he assured me that me problems were being addressed and they would call me “shortly“ to give me an update. That was a week ago! A day or so after that call I had a RAM withdraw from my checking account for $89, I have never authorized a withdraw for $89!!! My program has been paid in full and there should be no withdrawals from my account without my approval!
So if you want a rating from me it surely is not very high at this point!
Please, please have someone contact me ASAP!

You will need to commit to monthly payments, for the bill consolidation to work. If things do not work out, the company will in fact refund you a portion of the monies that was contributed to the plan. You will need to be patient.

I was very impressed ... at first! I am a Registered nurse and a business woman myself! I had too many credit cards and found I wanted to be done with all of the high interest rates and continuous payments. When I interviewed various Companies Bedrock seemed to offer what I was looking for. I wasn’t in trouble with my cards just wanted to be free. So I believed their nonsense! Foolish me ! Here I sit two years later I have been on hold for 55 minutes waiting for your legal department , this is after waiting 45 minutes for your original representative who called me “ unprofessional “and told me he “wasn’t” going to work with me and would be hanging up with me because I told him I was tired of the BS Bedrock Legal has been giving me, who trains these people??????. I have been with you for 2 years! I have NEVER missed a payment! I have increased my payment as needed at various times. I am courteous, I have always stayed on hold for at least 45-60 minutes, I haven't complained, until recently, I don’t complain when u NEVER , call me back, as u NEVER do! I don’t complain when u NEVER, e-mail me back , as u NEVER do!
Now on to the BIG one! In January of this year, 2019, an agreement was reached with Synchrony Bank that would lower my amount owed by approximately $4,300 . That is a large amount of money to me! Now ,Thanx to a legal representative ,your company contracts with in the Detroit area, the agreement was set up. I made the tape recording with your company, you confirmed and sent me an email that everything was set and you would be making the $190 payments monthly. Money was collected from me. I called you in February to be sure the payments were started , I was told they were. August 5th of this year, 2019, I received an e-mail from your litigator here that YOU, Bedrock Legal ,had NEVER, in 8 MONTHS made a payment to SYNCHRONY BANK! Now my agreement was jeopardized. Synchrony Bank was giving me to August 12th to pay $1,720 owed! ONCE AGAIN you guys messed up ! I have had process servers show up to my home, because you don’t carry through with what you are supposed to do, I receive threatening letters from my creditors ,because you say you call them, yet they say they have not heard from you, and if TRULY you were doing your job shouldn’t my credit rating be climbing instead of STILL decreasing!,,,,? What are you really doing ? I definitely know what you aren’t doing!
Now back to the present situation, you were contacted August 5 , once again by me, and alerted to your error with the Synchrony bank situation. Your legal department assured me the situation would be taken care of. You were also contacted by your representative here. You assured me that since it was YOUR error that jeopardized the arrangement you would be making the $400 difference that was not in my saving account. Well I once again MADE , on my end, numerous phone calls to YOU. You made 3 recording of our agreement to make the $1,720 payment , you promised to make the $400 part and I would repay you, and it would be made by the deadline . Well foolish me! Here we are it is the 21st of August 2019. I called today, after no payment on the 12th no phone calls returned to me , no emails returned to me, from the 12th to now , although I have sure had a lot of verbiage about how this is “ in progress” I have called you almost every day, lost at least an hour every day, only to receive empty promises! AGAIN ! Today I was called unprofessional, told I would be hung up on, that was your rep, and told you wanted another $250 from me because YOU had rejected the offered ! I laughed so hard I almost fell off my chair ! You are by far the most ignorant, incompetent people I have ever dealt with! I informed your legal Rep NO I will not provide the $250 you WILL! If we lose the agreement YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for the $4,300 extra $! Your legal rep assured me the payment WILL be there by the 23rd!!!!!!!! I have no faith in you as a company I truly don’t know what to say other then it better be.

Bedrock was great about handling my debts and obtaining decent settlements in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately I called to cancel my program today because due to losing my job a few months back, I am having to file bankruptcy. The only issue I ever had in my almost two years working with Bedrock is that it sometimes takes forever to get through via telephone. Today I was assisted by Kevin G. who was both polite and very helpful and made this whole uncomfortable process a little more bearable.

I call Bedrock regularly, and unfortunately, most of the customer service reps are incorrect in the information they give to me. I happened to call this one day, and I spoke to Brianna. What an incredible asset to Bedrock. She was so knowledgeable, mature, helped solve my problem in an instant and guided me on how to go forward. She did not hesitate to get the issue solved that I had tried to with 3 other reps. She should be in a managerial position, not customer service. I think she is absolutely wonderful.
