My $150 Bedgear Aspire pillow burst at the seams after 3 years. I've had much less expensive pillows last for 20 years. Bedgear responded to my complaint by saying their pillows should be replaced every 12-18 months. No one told me this when I bought the pillow. Cheap product, terrible company. Don't buy.

This is the absolute biggest rip-off ever!!! I spent $200 on a sheet set and it discolored and stained after 1.5 months although I followed the care instructions provided. BEDGEAR did NOT stand behind their product nor warranty and wanted me to ship back the sheets for inspection at an additional investment of over $25.... After speaking with customer service, they essentially told me that no coverage would apply unless it was cleanly a manufacturing defect. Could have bought multiple quality sets for a fraction of the price. Now I protest BEDGEAR for their 'sheety' sheets

Sheet set- Don’t waste your money, for the same price or less you can get much better quality sheets. We bought them from the Brick, they lasted less than a dozen washes before they were shredded! I’m not talking about a couple of rips or tears, I’m talking fully shredded! I tried to go through their warranty but said it only covers
“Seam separation, Not proper dimensions for the size, Snags or stains existing at the time of purchase, Defects as a result of the manufacturing process that are evident at the time of purchase” not bad or cheap material! How can they justify $150 a set and they disintegrate after a dozen washes in a few months, and how can the Brick back these meatballs? I think it’s Just another company playing the short game looking for a quick buck. Shameful.

Not worth the cost. I bought their Dri-Tec sheet set when I purchased a new bed from a local store. The sheets are made of a very nice fabric, but that's where the quality ends. The assembly is terrible, with loose fibers down every seam. I emailed customer support with an issue. They did respond, but aren't willing to stand behind their products after their sold. At such a high cost, I really expected much more. But something else. Buy anything else.

Purchased this protector to protect an expensive investment, my mattress. Only half way through the warranty period, the product developed small undetected linear cracking which allowed urine to soak through and into my mattress when one of my pets had an accident on my bed. I initiated my claim the night of the incident and was denied on a technicality- they obviously do not stand behind their own product. I now have a stained mattress and a voided warranty for that investment despite my very best efforts at cleaning it. I will not be using or trusting Bedgear products in the future and would recommend you do the same! Buyer beware!

I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a better way to get a great nights sleep. The customer service team is first rate too! If you have any questions or need to get fitted for a pillow just give them a call.

I got this pillow because I have lumbar arthritis and waa told it would help. WRONGO!! I wake up juat as stiff and sore as I did with pillows I didnt pay $200 for. I also have to fluff the pillow every night before I go to sleep....why is that?!
If I knew then what I know now I wouldve just spent that money on the “my pillow”

This company is HORRIBLE! I purchased a mattress cover to ensure the lifetime warranty of the mattress per the company I purchased the mattress from. In October, I had a stain on the mattress that went through the mattress protector. My claim was denied because I didn't know when the stain appeared or what it was. (I guessed urine and was correct.) They offered a courtesy cleaning and a new mattress protector, but wanted me to sign a letter stating I would not make any future claims. I signed the letter but wrote that any future stains, if they were to occur, would be covered since it was a new stain, unrelated to the one that was just cleaned. Fast forward to this past Friday. My son's diaper leaked through the mattress protector and onto the mattress. I filed a claim on Monday, the day they opened after the weekend. I followed all necessary steps which were to provide the invoice of purchase for the mattress and mattress protector and pics of the stains on both the mattress and mattress protector. As expected, today I receive a call first saying they didn't have pictures of the stained mattress. I relayed that they were sent in two separate emails so they're there. She then mentioned the October claim and how I wasn't eligible for future claims, specifically a cleaning. I said to pull my letter and you will see that is not the case. She then said I needed to mail them the mattress protector at MY expense and they would investigate it. Seriously!?! All I am requesting at this time is a mattress cleaning which they are not willing to do. I asked four times during this call to speak to a manager and she refused to let me speak to one. She grudgingly gave me the manager's name. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. As soon as this situation is complete, I will be purchasing a new mattress protector from another company. Bedgear's mattress protectors obviously are NOT water/liquid proof as they state. I had two mattress protectors and two leaks. That can't be a coincidence.

The products are simply not worth the money at all. Both my boyfriend and I got the bedgear pillows (mist and something else) and it's the biggest running joke about wasting money in the household a year later. They stay cool for maybe 10 minutes tops -- also known as at the most twice as long as any regular pillow -- are not particularly comfortable, and cost as much as some mattresses. Add to that a no returns policy, and you are stuck wasting insane amounts of money. I wish I'd donated it to some useful cause instead.

The staff who respond to emails are prompt and clarify information after repeated questioning but the product is not trustworthy such as the mattress protector. It is unreliable and overpriced. The company will send you a new one, if you repeatedly ask for compensation, without further options, and the same product provides the same result- an unprotected, destroyed mattress.

Pillow purchased at local furniture store was not suitable for my size. Bedgear customer service could not have been more accommodating, asking a few questions and making a recommendation for a more suitable pillow which they shipped to me. It was apparent that the rep had a depth of product knowledge, was friendly, professional and sincerely helpful. I am happy and have recommended Bedgear to others who subsequently purchased from customer service.
