I ordered two seat covers one month ago. I was given a tracking number a few days later, but no confirmation email, as they had stated they would at the time of purchase.
The tracking number from UPS shows they have only created a label, not shipped the item, despite telling me they shipped them almost four weeks ago.
I have sent them four emails inquiring about my purchase, and each time they give me the same exact cookie cutter response in broken English, "Thank you for your great support of us website. We sorry for your long waiting"...blah blah lies and deception.
On top of that, when I ordered these items through Beddinginn, the site said they were located in California. They are in CHINA. Lying, Communist Scam Artists.

I would not recommend this site to anyone! I placed an order 6 months ago and have yet to receive it. After emailing them over and over asking for a refund they kept...and continue to keep giving me a run around about how it’s on it’s way and they can’t do that! They offered me $15 for a $200 order! This place is a scam and i won’t be convinced otherwise until something is made right with my order...either my money back or the product! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!!! Don’t waste your time or your money!!!!

I ordered seat covers and on the site it appeared to be complete covers. They got here after waiting over a month and they cover the back and seat only. Also, from the pictures look two-toned. They are not. I have repeatedly emailed them and they want to give me another 10% off to keep something I didn't want. Now the 7 day return policy is up and I have given away $150 for something I can't even use. The phone number listed is a overseas number that is not answered. This company is garbage!!!!

I don't even want to give this company one star!! I ordered seat covers on July 24th and still haven't received it! They emailed me a tracking number that shows the order is ready for shipment and status hasn't changed since then. I emailed them and got a reply back saying that the order is still in transition by sea and has not arrived at port yet, that was on August 11th and still haven't received any updates or my seat covers. This company is a SCAM! I have since disputed the charges on my credit card. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order anything from this company because they will rip you off!!

I orded car seat covers in early May and they never showed... 180.00 of my hard earned money gone and they do not answer emails... I will never order anything from overseas again... and I thought I was making a purchase from Poland but its China! They are the worst! Never again... don't waste your money on this or any other Chinese site.

I placed an order in June finally got a tracking # in July it is now August and no sign or movements of the package traveling to the US all I get from them is an automated x4 or 5 email response sorry please be patient. I have filled a claim with PayPal waiting for results.

I order car seat covers for $143.00 us and still I didn't get it. Yet they send me email telling me it's on its way. I tried calling them and it's in China. Never buy any thing from them .

I placed a $499.00 order in the early part of May 2020, for a Mother's day gift toy wife, today is July 28th, 2020 and I haven't received my packages that I ordered. I keep sending emails and correspondences to the compan both on their site and my email, and all they keep telling me is to be more patient that items have been shipped. They also only wanted to reimburse or credit me $15.00 totally unacceptable. I work for FedEx and I understand that COVID 19 has affected alot of people, however I have yet to get my things while delivering other people theirs. The. Customer service with this company totally sucks and is unprofessional. If you can help it buy from some where else please. Seat covers and a car trunk organizers really?! I have made several attempts to work this out with the company and will be contacting my local bank and telling them what has transpired for a full refund ASAP.

I order $400 worth of items and didn't get none of them. It's been over 2 month I tried to contact them via email but no responses.

I waited 2 months for seat covers' still waiting at this point I just want my money back and this is the first and last time I order anything from this site!!! It should not take this long for anything a damn rip off! I repeat if you order seat covers be prepared to wait more than 2 months or more! I'm done wit online shoppers to much scams and bs

I ordered a product from this company before reading all the reviews... Its been over 2 months now and I havent recieved anything from them... Ive tried numerous times to get ahold of someone but was unsuccessful.... The Quality of customer care is a joke and their service is Fraud... I honestly don't know how they are in business still !!! I will be reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and my LAWYER !!! To everyone else whos been dooped out of their hard earned money I suggest you do the same

ordered jacket 60 days ago. never received it. company wont send tracer to see where its at, wont reship replacement jacket and won't refund money. just get message saying to wait a few more days. last shipping update was 45 days ago. AVOID THIS COMPANY

today is July 12 and still no covers. Probably out $143.00. Learned a lesson, read REVIEWS prior to placing orders
Will contact my bank about this scam. How can our government allow this crap to go on without shutting these
scam artists down.

I ordered my car seat covers on May 3rd. Still have not received my product. They keep telling me to wait another 5-7 days because of the virus it can take 15-30 days to receive my item. We are over 60 days now and nothing. Their tracking system lost my item so I dont know where it is. The kicker is I paid an extra 30 bucks for express shipping so it would be here in 5-7 days. What a joke. They will not refund my money and will not send me my order again. They have essentially stolen my money and are blaming me. They are a scam. No good. Fraudulent. You cant ever get an answer from anyone important. I want my damn product I paid almost 160.00 dollars for. Going on 3 months and still they tell me it will be here in a few days. How long should I have to wait. They keep blaming the virus and riots for their poor service. However other companies still ship overnight with no complications. If you are bored with extra money to lose and have no desire to receive your item then pmease continue. This website should be held responsible for false claims and fraud. How not to be successful. Disgust and hate. Anger and desire for evil. Just a few emotions brought on by this waste of a company. Do us all a favor and disappear. You disgust me.

I ordered car seat covers 2 months ago. Paid them $143.00. I got an email from them on June 24th only after threatening legal action. The email had a bogus tracking number, said I should receive my order in 7-9 days. Still no order!! I am calling my bank and requesting a refund and reporting this company as a fraud. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wish I came here first. I purchased car seat covers last month. Paid way too much for "expedited shipping" , no order confirmation email, zero customer service, and no way to actually get a refund. I've emailed their supposed customer service email and heard nothing. Big mistake. Any positive review is probably fake.

Wish I could give 0 stars, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Total SCAM, they took $122.00 from me and never sent a confirmation email or a receipt. Will not help me without the order #, I am so upset, I am a single Mom and live on a budget! I am trying to contact them and they keep asking for a order#. BEWARE!
