On September of 2016, I order one trial of a face cream and I paid what it said on the webpage. Beauty Impressions sent more product I never order and just a few days ago I received a "Collections Notice" for $154.70 for a collections agency.
I called my bank and they said they cannot do anything because I gave my credit card info once.

I placed a trial order for VLAMOROUS cream, I read to make sure there was no auto refill, yesterday I received a package from Beauty Impressions with another container of VLAMOROUS, my debit card was charged $97.83. I have attempted to call the number on the packing slip many times, 1-844-844-0187, the number is always busy, I sent an E-mail to the E-mail address on the packing slip telling them I did not order this, requesting a refund RMA, and tell them not to send me anymore of their product, [email protected], I got a failure notice in my E-mail. I called my bank to dispute this, and I plan to contact the Attorney Generals office Monday morning, and the scam hot line today, as I see on their site there are many people this is happening to, and this scam needs to stop, they need to return everybody's money, and be put out of business. I wonder if reporting this scam on this reportscam site does any good, as in do they take any action, I wonder that because there are many scam complaints about this same company doing the same to many people. I think we all need to do a class action law suit, and put Beauty Impressions out of business.

Ordered their Skin Element through the internet , charged $97.83 , on December 19, 2016. It did not work. Then was charged another $97.83 on January 18, after they sent me another order . . . . I did not request this order ! ! ! ! Spoke to a man who acted as though I had requested it . . . , then said they would refund $49, or that is what I think he said . . . . his accent was so heavy, that I could not understand him. Point is, the extra charge of $97.83 is still ongoing, and I absolutely do not feel that they should get away with sending and charging me for an order that I did not request ! ! ! ! ! THIS IS JUST PLAIN FRAUD . . . . NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH THE MAIL ! Can you help me?

I signed up for a two week free trial membership of a beauty product. Because I paid for the shipping, they had my credit card. They have been charging me $97 A month since March 2016. They never sent me an invoice during this whole time that told me an amount that I was being charged, or that I was being charged. I just received a tub of cream each month, which I didn't want. The Lady I spoke to on the phone today, 12-23- 16, said this information was on their website; which I never saw any pricing. And just assumed that they were sending me free samples trying to promote their product. So I didn't catch the fact that money was being taken out of my account each month; and which they've taken out over $800. Which I don't imagine I will ever see you again. I asked the lady how she could work for a company like this; no comment.

I ordered a Skin Element(trial) and have been sent 4 more which I did not order and have been charged 97.83 a month on my credit card since then. I have been ill, am 75 yrs old, had someone else paying bills. Did not realize what was happening... until now. they only offered 70 % refund on the last shipment so still out over $300.
Besides that the cream is worthless!

I ordered the Skin Element cream only. This company was going to send me Eye Vibe also. I paid the postage and handling charge of $4.95 and the Eye Vibe charge was removed. However, I was charged $97.83 for this product ( 1 fl oz) because I did not return sample product within a certain time. Where did it ever state that information?
When I called to complain on 12/26/2016, I was told they would give me a discount and I would only have to pay $39. When I complained about this, "Frank" said I would have to pay $20 restocking fee. When I complained more, the restocking fee was reduced to $10.00.
It was difficult getting "Frank" understand because he had a thick accent. I was told to return the sample, that was free if I paid the $4.95 shipping and handling, and place a return number above the address, and I will be billed for only $87.83. I am at my wits end and will do everything I can to stop others from ordering from this company.

Beauty Impressions offered a trial sample of their moisturizer and eye cream. I had to pay shipping and handling for both but that was it. No other signs saying a contract. The item came in the mail and I was surprised to see it came in a full-size container. That should have been my first red flag. The invoice had no money charges on it. Then I started getting monthly samples sent to me. Again no numbers on the invoice so I had no idea of the amount being charged. We couldn't find the matching company on our credit cards so we assumed it was a mistake. After the fourth one being sent to me, my husband found the name on a credit card statement. I turn out we've been getting charged almost 200 dollars a month on these items. I never opened any outside of the first sample because I was not impressed. I called today and the man who was obviously from a call center in India and reading off a script. He told me I'd get half off but that's the best he could do. I never opened any of these products. Apparently, I had thirty days to return it and after that, I am out of luck. Now we have to deal with the credit card company. Stay far away from this company.

Beauty Impression advertises, in the name of the actress Angelina Jodi attributing her divorce from Pete to her devotion to developing this beauty product, and offers a free trial for the SkinElement cream at $5.99 plus $0.99 fee and EyeVibe cream at $3.95 plus $0.99. Three weeks later an additional charge of $105.79 and $97.83 appeared on my credit card. I did not realize until the second shipment of same products appeared the next month and another $105.79 and $97.83 on my credit card. All I wanted is the free trial. Now I got charged over $400. There is no free trial and they claimed that when I ordered the free trial, I was automatically enrolled in the monthly auto-shipment. I called the company to tell them that I had not enrolled in the auto-shipment program. They only agreed to refund for the second shipment but refused to refund for the first free trial shipment. This is a big ripoff. On top of it, my skin breaks out all over my body only after one week of using the cream. Nothing good has come out of this free trial scheme -- all bad through and through.

I feel for it! I watched infomercial about Skin Element from Dr. Oz about skin cream developed by one of the top older models. The order process is misleading. One thing says you can have a refund within 30 days if not satisfied the other says 14 days. When they send the product the information says to try for 30 days if not satisfied call and get a RMA and you will get a full refund. I tried it and did not get results. The first guy I talked to named Jason said no problem..he cancelled my account told me to keep the product and I would get a refund and would send an email according. I took his word for it...no email........no refund and a charge of $97 shows up on my debit card. I called to day and was basically told my time ran out 2 days before even though my 30 days were up I should have let them know within 14 days and they would extend it to 30. Then Sam Sigler told 1. I could keep the product and be billed 1/2....then renigged on that and told me there was a restocking fee of $30. I could keep the product and be charged only $68 or return it and be given $77 credit or some crap like that. I was too mad by the time we were finished. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING LIKE THIS ONLINE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered this product, told it was $3.95 for a sample plus shipping. Product arrived, full-size with another product I didn't order. There was no mention of further charges. I have since been charged over $100 TWICE, even though I canceled the product weeks ago.

I accepted the free trial of face cream placed on Facebook as an ad. I put in my credit card number to pay for $3 shipping and noticed AFTER payment I was receiving face cream AND eye lift cream. It took so long to arrive, I actually forgot about it but when I did, two months had gone by. I called the number and was told I had signed up for their program for monthly supply of both products. (Did not). Jasper said he would give me back 50% of the last month's order. I argued I expect 100% money back or I will contact my credit card company for fraud. He then offered 75% and I repeated what I would do. He then put me on a brief hold "to speak with a supervisor" and get permission and it was granted. Supposedly, I will see a refund on my cc in 7-10 days. I will follow up and if it is not, I WILL file with my credit card company.

My complaint sounds the same as the other two I read except I did not order the eye cream thank goodness!!
I ordered a trial sample of the skin cream which I thought was free except for shipping and handling charge. A $.099 charge showed up on my credit card account on 9/6/2016 and today 9/20/16 a charge for $97.83 was on my account. I called and talked to someone I could hardly understand. He asked me if I had ordered the product and I told him "yes" that I ordered the free sample and paid S&H. He told me the 30ML/1 FL. OZ was the product I was being charged $97.83 for!! He told me I had 14 days to cancel and return the product if I did not want it, which was news to me. He offered to refund 20% and I told him no way was that 1 ounce product worth that amount. He spoke with his supervisor and told me he could refund 40% which is $68.48 and stop any further orders. The refund is supposed to be posted within ten days, I will be checking my account daily for that transaction. I will mark this down as a lesson learned, I actually thought I was ordering a product from Christy Brinkley's skincare line.
The phone number on the box is 1-888-293-1983, I found the # I called on my credit card site.

Ordered a sample only of moisture and eye cream. Sample only...next thing I know I am getting product in the mail and my account is being charged 98.00 for the moisture and 93.00 for the eye cream. I call and try to cancel and am giving options by a person who does not speak good English. When I respond that I want to just cancel, not get a product for 1/2 price my call is disconnected. 3 hours later I get a message that I tried to cancel my subscription but it is still active. Next action is to call my bank and block any withdrawals from this company. When I mentioned returning the product and getting a full refund I was getting the run around and offering other product. I said NO I just want to send the product back and get a full refund and close any subscription, that is when we were disconnected. Scam and bad on me for not seeing it.

Same as other complaints, contacted leo at number given and was given numbers and address to return to. Was told could not cancel over the phone and had to return product before it would cancel in the system.e Leo told me I had until sept 5, 2016 to be able to mail back, they said I could cancel and only pay 1/2 price if I wanted to keep the product. Am returning the product Monday Aug 8 with a tracking number. Please do not fall for this scam it says nothing on the presentation about getting charged the full amount and continuing to get the products.

I was scammed by 2 companies (Beauty Impressions & Eye Vibe) online through a pop-up ad. The ad promoted a free trial of each product for $4.95 shipping each in big letters. SUPPOSEDLY later in the ad, the customer was told that if they did not contact the companies in in 15 days, they would be charged full price for the products and that the companies would continue to send the products until the customer contacted them. If that information appeared anywhere in the ad, I did not see it. I truly question that the information was even there. The other thing they fail to mention in the ad is the cost of the products. The products total 190.62 a month. I did not receive a confirmation email as they claim. I checked. Their shipping information sheet that comes with the product never states the price of the product or shipping fee anywhere. The customer has no idea how much they have been charged. My other concern is during the conversation with a costumer service rep. (foreign accented salesman), the representative said he could see I was a good QVC customer. I did not purchase the products through QVC so how would he know? He mentioned QVC several times & my relationship to them. I called QVC and reported his use of the company name, and, more important my purchases through them that have nothing to do with my Beauty Impressions purchases. Once again, how did "Peter," the sales rep at Beauty Impression know that? I will be contacting my credit card company & the BBB about the scam and possible fraud. I checked the computer site RIPOFF.com which displayed 30 similar complaints. By the way, of the $570.88 I was charged by Beauty Impressions, I, according to them, will receive one-half back. We will see!
