Forgot to process my order despite taking payment, then refused to believe me that it hadn't been delivered. Sent me a photo of a delivery that was from baytree but a completely different order! Eventually they realised their mistake but by then the items were out of stock! Poor customer service to blame others before properly looking into the problem.

Spent a lot of money on a large heavy picture (Curious Stag) to find it didn't come with any fixtures or fitting instructions, which for the price would have been nice to be included.
Also had a few blemishes and marks on and when I contacted them to discuss this was told it must have happened in transit which clearly wasn't the case and looks like it occurred during manufacturing - was offered no discount or good will and just referred to the returns policy which would cost me a lot to return.
Finally I'm still awaiting an email/call back after over a month in response to my questions regarding fitting.
First and last order I'm afraid....

Love the mirror however before completing the order I asked, as a nurse working for the nhs, if they offered discount. They sent me a promotional code however no discount was deducted. I did contact baytree on two occasions however I had no response from either email.
I would buy from them again as they appear to have lovely items however I was disappointed with no replies to my emails.

Fantastic service! I missed the opportunity for a promotion discount and I contact Baytree Interiors to see if I could cancel and order again. Instead they discounted my original order and refunded the difference so not to delay my delivery. Really impressed!

Ordered my item on the 13th money came out my bank on the 15th heard nothing for 3 weeks till I phoned to find out about my order, the lady never called back, phoned again to be told item was damaged I'll have to have a refund. Poor from start to finish will not shop here again.

The dog planter could of had holes in it for water drainage otherwise pleased with my purchases. Prompt delivery to Germany
