My wife and I asked if we could order a package of a certain tea and have it sent to Germany by regular mail instead of by UPS (expensive). Baristashopen responded very quickly and was very helpful; the package was paid and on its way on the same day.
The process was really quick and easy, we would buy at baristashopen.se again next time.
