I applied for a Barion payment gateway almost 3 weeks ago. Filled out all the required section. Only received an email 2 days later, saying they need 3-5 working days to accept the request. We urgently needed the revision, cause we needed to open up the webshop. Everything was set up to go, but we waited for Barion to confirm. Called customer service twice, since nothing happened, no phone call either to me or the webpage developer. They promised I will get a call from a technical department the next day, nothing happened. Called again, same thing happened again, no news from them. More emails sent, and still not a call or a usable information. tried to customer service again for the last time, and they had me waiting in line for 20 minutes, when I finally decided I will sign up for a different payment gateway, who appreciate a customer business intention. My business lost valuable days (almost 3 weeks) due to Barion evaluable customer service! For them it takes 5 days to answer an email, and they dont give you the proper instructions. In addition, they asked in documentations they have no right. Anyone who wants to save TIME and MONEY, dont sign up with Barion. Email reaction time: zero, Customer care: zero!
