Not refund my money after ship broken sign back
Purchased LED sign since Jan but received broken sign 3times. I contact them and got it ship back and received another broken sign. Each time getting worst. They promise to ship new sign the 3rd time but I can tell they send me the same broken sign. Each time it took them 2-3weeks to ship to me and 1-2 to return to them. They have to get their factory check which take a few weeks. After 3 trips it wasting almost 6months of my times. Every time I try to understand and give them a chance since it might be post office fault. But after the 3rd time I finally I gave up and ask for money back after 6months long. They took the sign back and said they will refund my money. after 2weeks I ask if they received the sign and refund my money. They told me they didn't received the sign yet. a few day later I found the tracking and track it online and saw they sign had arrived last week a few day before I email them. I have to copy and pasted the tracking information to them and they reply shortly that they have to get Factory check before they able to refund my money. After a few day I called their company. (Notice that ever since I purchased the sign the number always good. There always someone pick up) I called that day asking for my money back and the guy said he will ask his manager and call me back in 3hrs. After 3hrs I call back and no one pick up. I calling the next day for a whole week. and no longer anyone picking up anymore. They stop reply my email nor answer anymore phone call. I have leave message and got no call back. Because I purchased their sign since Jan so Paypal didn't take my case. I been trying to get my $2,500 back. I'm just a young girl starting my own small business and my store doesn't has a real sign because of them. I have no money to afford another sign so i been using small banner and waiting for my money to be return. If anyone know how I able to get my money back please help.
