Do not waste your time with this scam of a so-called company. It's just some amateur with a Shopify website, making money off of unsuspecting shoppers. They will not return your call or help you if you have an issue. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

While the web site looks nice, the products are undependable and the service even worse. I ordered in August and received a damaged product, which BarstoolCo.com offered to replace, rightly. Months and months later with excuses and no communication, they just said they weren't sending it. I'm stuck with an incomplete set and a partial refund, but can't return the items I no longer need because...I'll never be able to get a complete set. I never would have agreed to their proposed resolution if I'd known it would go this way - I would have just returned it all immediately. Buyer beware...

I bought an item over 3 weeks ago and it has not been shipped nor has ANYONE answered the phone to inform me on when the stool would arrive. This company is a scam and I highly recommend to not order from here.

I ordered counter stools that I needed to return. They have a 3 day return policy, so I trusted that they would honor it. I was very disappointed in the lack of costumer service that I received through out the process. It took weeks to receive my return shipping labels. On top of that, once the received my return it took a month for them to process the credit. After many, many calls to Devin or Dylan, (he wouldn't confirm his name) and threatening to dispute the charge, I finally got my money back. Over all they are super shady and unreliable. They are not honest and I don't see them around much longer. Please be careful if you decide to do business with this awful company.

Ordered a table took 3 weeks to ship, Asked them to leave at home without me being there and signed a release form. Table was not left and was redelivered 2 weeks later and of course it was damaged. Filled out there damage form for replacement and called to make sure they had received and was told they did. 10 days later after not hearing from them I called again after sending 3 emails with no response and was told that my damage form had not gone through and they would re-submit and should ship on Dec 1st. I would never order from this company or Lexmod as it seems they are connected. What a complete waste of TIME!!!

Agreed with others. The worst. Item has not shipped after they said it would. So I requested they cancel my order but they said they can’t since it’s already shipped. But they can’t tell me when it shipped or when I can expect it. They don’t answer the phone or get back to you. Stay away. Still ongoing issue. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

SHAM OF A COMPANY. Stay far away from. Ordered a chair online then tried to make a return. After several attempts and requests for return alongside the fact that they never answer their phone I finally got a representative named Jeff B. who told me he was emailing me a return label by email, but nothing was ever sent. Then another gal on chat told me that they are waiting on the merchant reply and she PROMISED to follow up again the next day. But of course I was naive to think she would. Now no phone or chat responses again. This company is SCAM. Literally have been dealing with for months trying to make a simple return. There are way better companies to deal with, amazon offers easy and free returns where you can print labels online. Will NEVER deal with this illegitimate company again. Not a legit company.

I ordered a couch, two bar stools, an accent chair and an ottoman on May 19. Within a few days I remained requesting tracking information and shipping details as I was moving across country with zero furniture. Repeated emails went unanswered. Finally Dylan’s emailed me back saying one of my pieces was in back order until July and asked if I wanted to wait until then to ship everything out. This is unacceptable service, no company should we allowed to advertise they have a product in stock when it’s on back order. I’ve now switched the accent chair and again all my emails are only answered after I send follow up emails after days go back with no response. This is the worst customer service, and worse online operations I’ve ever experienced. Will never be ordering from them again and I’m sure I’ll very likely have to cancel the whole order

This company is the worst online company to order anything from. I ordered a table from them close to a month ago. They are extremely dishonest, kept telling me that they would either ship the table in 24 hrs or refund my money. They are not to be trusted. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

This company sucks. Lied and said they had am item in stock. shipping took 2 weeks after they actually got in in stock. A MONTH after I ordered it. No real way to contact the company. They have a number that you can call to leave a message that will never get returned. Buy from ANYWHERE else.

I'm guessing that if they have the item you order in stock, you get them. If they don't, you don't get the item or your money back. I ordered chairs on 4/18/18 and they showed as "Preparing for shipment," called on 4/23/18 and the person on the phone couldn't help me but said he would "check with the warehouse." E-mailed on 4/25 and got an similar response, then demanded a refund on 4/27 via e-mail and called 4/30 requesting the same. Individuals that answer the phone are not able to do ANYTHING. They only state they will relay your message. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Only recourse is to dispute the charges on my chargecard.

DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY! They tell customers their item is on "back order" (just google their reviews this happens to a lot of customers). I placed an order twelve days ago and STILL NOTHING. This is borderline fraudulent and deceitful. I am requesting a refund first thing on Monday. They have lied continuously about when they are shipping my item. PURCHASE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The people are nice. I've placed 2 separate orders at different times. In both cases, the website showed the product immediately available but it was not. In the first case, I waited 5 months, I believe, for the bar stools to be delivered with deliveries promised and then changed a few times. For the second, I am awaiting delivery but have been notified, again, that the website was incorrect on availability. I love the bar stools. The product is nice, the people are nice but the website availability issue, wait time and delivery process needs vast improvement.
