I order three banners. The first two had horrible resolution and were pixilated to the point of being completely blurry. The third banner only had three grommets and was missing one on the top left corner. I submitted a claim for a full refund on all the banners. They will not refund shipping costs. Banners are useless.

They stole my money. The site claims to ship the banner in 24 hours. After 72 my banner had still not been made. When I called to inquire why they had not shipped the banner yet they just cancelled my order and kept my money. SCAM.

I ordered a graduation banner for my son. The banner arrived 2 days before the estimated date and the quality was excellent. I totally recommend this company and will order again for other celebrations.
