I have been a loyal parton for years. I love my banking experiences with this Bank, however, my first time with mobile deposits took longer because of obvious errors that I made. I wish things was more simple because im new to using technology lol ... I perfer cash! Customer service did a very good job explaining my ERROR but I would like to also add that it is very frustrating when questions are hard to find ON GOOGLE OR WEBSITE and 2 hours wasted trying to Google questions and understand things about my bank. I will give this Bank 5 stars but I do not like customer service that do not speak English well, that's very irritating... I do not like the length of time that I have to wait to receive my money but I respect it takes as long as it take. Great bank!!!

I recently just got funds loaded to my card, I was told a few months back that i can opt for them to take the money from my account soon as the funds hit and they will automatically send out a new card to me and it would be expedited. Today i called in and told them a card still hasnt been sent out to me and what the guy told me and they said no we dont do that and we cant do any expediting. Yet there is reviews on here about cards being expedited. I told the lady i lost my card a while back and i never even activated due to it being lost so no pin was created .She then goes to tell me oh you can order a new card right now and just set up a virtual card and use it online and over the phone. So i attempt to do that but it asks for information from my previous card that was lost! How was she using any attentive listening skills if i just told her about my old card! So i cant even access my virtual card or do anything but wait for a new card in the mail! They are not helpful at all and dont care about the customers nor know how to accurately solve someones issue or complaint. Terrible experience so far. Very disheartening as a first time customer. Please fix this!

Just need to specify that when says send money to someone else account, the transaction will be within bankmobile accounts. I tried to send money to my daughter's Chase account and stiil trying to figure out how to get the money back to my account because the money is not in my account and my daughter doesn't want to open a bankmobile account.

Do not use bank mobile vibe as a secondary account!! I use bank mobile vibe to pay bills and I have a small percentage of my payroll deposited to instead of doing a cash deposit... Terrible experience just use your local bank and save the headache.
Update 04/23/2020
I want to sincerely apologize! My employer contacted me this morning advising they made a mistake and mailed out my payroll check and that my direct deposit will begin next payroll period... They initially advised it was deposited!!! Again my apologies!

Hi, I am a College Student that Banks with “Bank Mobile Vibe” I recently wrote a review here yesterday about a previous issue last week 11/19/2019 concerning a deposited check for more then $5,000 from my school. I did break one of the terms to where if you over draw your account more than 6 business days fund’s can be delayed. With no other red flags on my account. Being that this is a Holiday in the middle of the delay I was concerned that I may not have funds for food for the holidays, or be able to shop or feed my kids.
Knowing that I have been a customer for more then 2 years I came here to speak out about the issue. After writing from the confusion and hurt thinking my holiday would be ruined or not be the same broke with no funds at all. I had to speak out about it.
However, after coming here to speak out about what was going on. A “Bank Mobile Vibe” @ “Customer’s Bank” Account Agent “Mike” read my Review and reached out to me explaining how funds are allowed to be held when certain terms are broken. Not even 2 hours Later he Reached out to me in concern of what was going on. I most Honestly believe that he felt my concern genuinely cared, and understood the situation doing everything that he can with looking more into my situation.
In concern of funds not being made available for my family during the holidays. I say all this to say that The Agent at “Bank Mobile Vibe” (MIKE) Showed true Customer Service after looking further into my situation. I do believe that he went Above and Beyond to make sure that my Holiday with the Family will be Amazing! And for the that I “Thank You” (Mike)! - Companies should have more Customer Service Agents like your self that Actually cares about the Customer instead of not doing anything at all to help customers or anyone that does not concern them.
Yesterday, I left a 1 star review here very hurt and upset out of thinking that the bank did not care about me or my family. Knowing that I am A long time customer people make mistakes and don’t always have funds to cover over drafts. However, I was wrong they do have Agents that Actually care about Customer's and people other then themselves Well being. Thanks (Mike) @ “Bank Mobile Vibe” and everyone else that helped him to make sure that Fund’s became available right away and save our family’s Holiday. Blessings to you All. This “1” star is Now a “5” Star in the Matter of the same Business Day a Few Hour’s later Mike and his Team @ Bank Mobile Vibe fixed everything and I am Truly Appreciative!!!
For anyone here like myself with concerns There are more platforms like Facebook FAQs where Agents like Mike actually do help! If you may have a similar issue take the extra step and say something because I truly believe that some situations are just policy and (sometimes) mistakenly over looked.
I Still can’t believe in a matter of hours with in the same Business day! I was able to be helped here. Thank’s Again “Mike” Happy Holidays! Also Thank You Trust Pilot for the Platform!

When you have over 6000 a semester deposited into the account, I used to use the debit card to buy supplies and pay for expenses related to graduate school. Now they want to charge me 3.00 a month for a bank that I can't physically visit, that there are no ATMs in my area, and I have no checks to. They would have continued to make a percentage off each POS transactions I made...however, I am no longer choosing to have my refunds deposited to the account, instead, waiting the extra few days to have my refunds deposited into my local bank. They lost more money with their greed over the monthly service fee than had they just encouraged students to use their debit card and collect the point of sale fees from the merchants. These are STUDENTS for Gods sake!
