If your info gets taken, through anything that's not even directly your account, they don't Care. They won't reimburse you any Fees accrued by whoever got your info. If you lose your savings book the only option is close that account and open a new one. The online call centers can't help you with anything

Lady said “that was confusing” Not sure what’s confusing about taking out cash and depositing to another account along with a check but then I guess this isn’t NASA so I shouldn’t expect so much. Hope my landlord got rent!

Every time I've ever called in for anything including purchase limits, the staff I've spoken to has gone above and beyond to support. The most recent time the young man I spoke to was so thoughtful to suggest to increase that limit beyond what I was asking so I could have enough funds for the rest of the day. Something I hasn't thought of and would have caused massive issues. Thank you!

I like the online banking/app but what I definitely do not like is that I can’t see what card holds are pending on my account. I’ve had several other banks and just condensed everything to your bank and all other apps ,even one running on the same platform as yours, you can always see what is trying to come out. Unfortunately this makes me question what the purchase or charge was until it physically clears my account. Unless I’ve written it down in a ledger it makes it difficult to make sure there is enough in there If I tipped or the charge may be different. Please consider adding this feature to your online banking. I believe this will greatly help the customer take better control of their account.

The customer service is always good. I think there should be more training to assist customers who transfer an individual acct. to a trust acct. Either that, or individual trust accounts should be referred to a specialist.
