I had to contact customer service because my smartphone malfunctioned. And it was one of the best and most positive encounters with any customer service. These guys are very helpful, polite and focused on actually solving my problem. They're responding very fast and always provide clear information on possible next steps of my return/refund claim. So if you're worried how your guarantee would work in another end of the world - just don't. It works perfectly.

For a first time buyer, I had some doubts about the compatibility between Promos and Discount Codes. Also The order in the registration, as I was registered with out giving any data about me, but also later when paying with PayPal I had to give my address. Why didn't it took the address from PayPal as other webpages. Anyways I hope Banggood becomes one of my online shopping websites as it contains a lot of products I'm interested in.

So far everything is good. Don't mind waiting for items I've bought as the prices are much cheaper than on other sites. Plus there is a greater availability of sought after RC bits that I can't find in the UK and at a very reasonable price. For this alone I'll recommend BG for RC enthusiasts... give em a go!

Your cart system is complicated. I wanted everything to be shipped together but it created 3 different orders (all from china)
Please can you ensure they are packed and shipped in the same go otherwise i have to pay a fee for each item when imported.

Also it says my order was canceled because an item was out of stock. There did not seem any obvious way of just removing that item.
Please confirm that shipping will be in one go for my 3 orders.

It's cool. Would like to see more products shipping from US branch. Takes too long when it comes all the way from China. Also every time I order from banggood my bank calls me and asks if this is a legit purchase because your company name sounds like a porn site!

Main problem is Banggod won't correct errors on their part and didn't correct wrong order on my part as I requested. Very rigid customer service in spite of repeated explanations through email. Won't escalate problem to is able to understand the problem. Very frustrating. Wasted a lot of time on back and forth email messages trying to get satisfaction to no avail.
However, products are good and technical info is extensive. Also shipping typically faster than promised.

Shopping experience is great but Id like too receive stuff that i ordered last week before the middle of November. I don't get how stuff shows shipped, its riding in airfreight but the arrival date is 11/16/20. Not good if we cannot do any better then this then Im gonna basically find somewhere in the US too buy these products... cuz I got some very expensive choices coming up, and im not gonna wait 3 weeks for somebody in China too simply do their 2 minute job

Coupons expire too fast, sometimes even before collected. Most products are in promotion, so you can rarely use coupons or BG points. Added shipping fees (Ex. Insurance) and splitting orders from same warehouse are also a nasty way of charging a few extra euros. Banggood used to seem more honest than other similar sites, but now it appears to be the same. Instead of so many gimmicks to attract customers (promotions, deals, coupons, points, etc.) just offer better prices than your competitors and people will come.

Site speed and UI seems pretty good, but I have a 3rd party cookie blocker on my main browser and it stopped me being able order. I had to use a less secure browser to complete the order - there's no real reason your site needs to work like that...(I say that as a web developer) - considering the security concerns over data and China, I would have assumed you'd be keen to make the site work with basic protections in place...

It was a straightforward shopping process. However, being an EU resident the only unclear thing is about your EU Priority shipping method - shall I expect to pay customs / taxes (I know you will refund this part as far as I read) or the package simply arrives from an EU based warehouse (with 0 taxes).
Worth adding some notes to your FAQ about your experience regarding EU deliveries.

This is my second order with you: had another pair of shoes shipped only about a week ago: came earlier than I thought, excellent looking pair, looks very long wearing, so thought would invest in another similar type pair. Was no problem with payment ( sometimes I feel bit cautious giving my account details out to a firm), and was delivered in sturdy packaging: so, keep up the good work: greatly appreciate your sincerity. Unreliability in order delivery isn't in good conditions. Some orders arrives in few days, some items is on their way for months and there is no information why. If no info after few weeks, would be nice just to tell it to the customer you have issues. ANd not just "will be shipped soon as possible". Tell a date, keep it and if not possible, cancel the order so i can order the stuff i need from elsewhere.

Yes I have had great shopping experiences at banggood which is fast delivery, as well as the service that has been great customer service.
I also really liked the payment options that are various ways, and also the ease at the time of making the payment for the products everything so far has been great, but it can improve even more as the interest free credit option would be a great option for us consumers, as purchases on the banggood website would increase much more.

Good deal, clean website, but coupons were deceptive. It said I could save more if I got the app, but it doesn't allow you to stack sales and coupons, so the coupons I got from installing the app actually ended up making the purchase more expensive. Otherwise good shopping experience, would recommend for a quick deal. I was sent here through a YouTube affiliate link by Beaver's Hobby.

Overall good - the only things that could be better is regarding the shipping form: if you send something to country A your phone number has to be from country A as well. If you commute between countries or are on holiday this is a bit annoying. Also the shipping option seem confusing as the faster option (2-5 business days) is free while the slower one costs around 3 EUR. Everything else is great so far.

Great products not readily available elsewhere. Many new products without dedicated cardboard box packaging results in items being mailed wrapped in plastic. A few of my items have been damaged this way, though so far not beyond repair. Wish Banggood would pay more attention to more secure packaging. Otherwise products arrived timely, and are trackable online.

If it goes well, all is superb. And prices are really good. But once there's just a trifle going wrong, like a missing 2ct piece in the package or something getting returned to the sender for no reason -> just press refund. That seems to be the preferred way to get things sorted out here.
Otherwise I'm really happy to have this platform to buy great things.
