I phoned to ask if they could manufacture a small piece of toughened glass for my back door. Not able to order over the phone, so I visited the business the following day. Was told the glass would be ready tin 2/3 days and they would contact me. 6 days later I called to find out when I could collect it and was told they should be able to manufacture later that week as they had been waiting for other small orders to make with it. I cancelled the order and had to start again with another local supplier. When I said I wish they had told me that when I called and then visited, they were extremely dismissive. Very poor customer service.
