We were surprised at the sizing of the thee pairs of joggers that we ordered before placing a large school order. The 10, 12 and 14 were all smaller than other products we have tried. Leg lengths are also less generous.

Everything was a smooth process, from start to finish. With great communication and updates throughout. My only criticism would be that the sizing of the varsity hoodie seems to be rather generous, everyone could have done with a size smaller than what was ordered, the size guide appears to be a little off! But we can all make do with slightly large hoodies.

Initially the Banana Moon team could do no more - responding within minutes and helping me process the order. But I felt that there were delays from payment to proofing that were a little to drawn out and with no updates. When it came to approval I was asked to colour approve but when presented with a range of colours I was advised actually there was no choice and only one colour was available.
Then literally all of a sudden communication started flowing and the goods arrived.
I am very pleased with the clothing quality and branding and would use Banana Moon again.

The staff at Banana moon are fantastic, we made some last minute changes on an express order, they accommodated our needs and still got the goods to us in the stated time. Cannot fault the team or the goods, our first choice from now on.

Took far longer than the estimate given and the T-shirts arrived after when we needed them for. Particularly annoyed as a friend of mine made a similar order after me and received their shirts before us. The excuse was made that you were busy, but when I finally chased you up on getting the design proofs done you did it within an hour. The shirts are good and we will likely use you again as you have been good in the past. However, this was poor.

My only reservation is that the print seems to be of the heat-on decals, the image quality is fine, but these sorts of print eventually crack and crumble

I will definitely use banana moon again. From the easy ordering to the excellent customer service, to the time and patience they took to understand my requirements and ensure the product was right to the fast delivery. They did everything they could to ensure I received my product in my tight timescale. Definitely recommend them. I am one very happy customer!

I ordered two personalised vests which I needed for my daughter's wedding. I emailed the company saying how urgent it was and the order was rushed through and delivered in plenty of time. I couldn't recommend Banana Moon more highly. Thank you!

No matter how many times we rejected the design because we wanted to tweek it a little, it was never too much trouble for the staff of Banana Moon. They were excellent and weren't happy until we were happy. Couldn't have been offered more help.

After very courteous email exchange, I ordered 2 x perofmrance tees, both with individual graphic fronts. The print quality was excellent, and the shirt itself perfect for the personal trainer it was designed for - so thank you Banana Moon Clothing! I shall be ordering more in the near future!

Order just one personalised jacket, as a gift.
I contacted Banana Moon before ordering online, as I was unsure of which jacket to choose and had some queries regarding delivery, as I was on a very tight deadline.
I could not be happier with the service I received from the customer service advisor and I found the online ordering system easy to use.
I was kept updated with the progress of my item via email and It was delivered with time to spare.
I was very pleased with the quality of the item and the printing and found the cost very reasonable.
I would not hesitate to recommend Banana Moon or use them again in the future.

It took over a month to get to me and they charged me extra for the product. I had to call up to find out where it was and they sent me to voicemail three times. Absolutely ridiculous and I would not recommend it at all.

I would highly recommend Banana Moon. The service was first class all the way. I mainly dealt with Nicola Watson by phone and email who was so helpful, polite and efficient and very prompt with her responses. She guided me along the way with my order of 64 personalised school hoodies. My order was checked at each stage of processing, which I also checked very carefully and hence there were no errors made by Banana Moon. One parent ordered the wrong size and one parent said the same size hoodie ordered for her twins came up slightly different size wise but apart from that the kids and teachers were delighted with their choices. So many colours - they'll look fab when they head off to PGL next Monday! Thank you Banana Moon!

Very good and quick service, nice quality, the ladies I spoke to were very helpful even took the time to call be back to confirm my order, only negative I would have to say was that the ladies sizes are really small but other than that I would order again :-)
