Jill always helps calm any worries or fears that we may have concerning how to navigate more difficult situations. Her kindness and professionalism aids in her ability to neutralize situations and execute. When more immediate needs arise, she is quick and responsive and wastes no time helping us through it. Gabriela took the initiative to extract all of our documents for us and send me a link to the drive. This saved me hours of work. I understand that you all are working to get this feature set up in 2021. This will save clients so much time and should have been a feature from the beginning. Gabriella has been so helpful over the past year and has taught me so many things about HR!

It was very nice to have Katherine touch to start the account. She explained how to navigate the site and to upload all of our information. She also contacted me on Friday to go over some of the COVID guidelines to ensure that we are compliant with employees now coming down with the virus and how they are to report.

I was in the process of hiring my first employee, thought I had everything lined up on my own. Then a couple other business owners I know told me that I should look into Bambee HR services because there was a lot of stuff I was missing. Boy were they right it took one phone call to get started and within a matter of a day or so I was already communicating directly with my personal HR manager Whitney to get everything set up. If I had not used Bambee I would've violated a lot of federal and state labor laws, mind you nothing intentionally, however I would not have been in compliance with a lot of the minutia of HR and having certain policies in place. Feel like Bambee has help me save my business.

We had a rough two month period with personnel issues to the point of needing to terminate two staff. Patrece was very prompt in responding to our needs as well as giving us extremely pertinent information about our options and ways to lessen the hardships for staff. I've also found that Patrece is someone I can talk to not just about current issues but the overall state of navigating the stormy waters of HR in an office atmosphere. I always get a sense of relief after discussing issues with Patrece because I feel that together we have covered all the bases required to feel secure about an issue.

So far, this has been a positive experience, our HR manager 'Patrece" is very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We need alot of patience, LOL. We appreciate her responsiveness because everything for us is 911, however, Patrece has made us feel so comfortable knowing that she will respond in a timely supportive manner. Love Bam to the BEE.
