As a small business, we do not need a full-time HR employee. Yet, with Bambee, we have been able to work with HR professionals that help us manage our team. We've had a few reps, and their willingness to help and make sure we are taken care of is fantastic. They genuinely go the extra mile when you need them to consult on urgent manners. We are delighted with Bambee.

The Bambee platform is easy to use, intuitive, and well organized. I am a software trainer and normally very critical of platforms. I love this one! Great tools, useful online information and I absolutely love how quickly Bambee got the COVID portion of the dashboard up and running. So helpful in these uncertain times. Lakeisha has been a JOY to work with. Always responsive, always thorough, always positive, and always helpful. She gives me great insight and feedback. We were confused on how to use Bambee initially, but we had a call and cleared up what we needed to do, and got a little more idea on how we could make requests and so on and it has been fantastic since then!
I am the main contact for my company and Pernell is the HR Manager who supports us. Pernell has been great to work with and has done a great job trying to understand our company's needs and also has done a great job of informing us and keeping us up to date on new compliance and legislation that could impact our business, primarily the COVID-19 related legislation, but also including questions we had as new clients of Bambee's that had been on our minds and concerned us previously. It has been a pleasure to work with Pernell and Bambee!

Bambee is a refreshing HR experience! In the past, HR was very expensive and/or their reps were elusive to say the least.
My rep Ana always responds the same day and is available for a time slot to talk the following day. The cost and simplicity is amazing compared to prior HR companies I have used. As a small business, this allows me to shift my focus elsewhere and know I have the peace of mind of being in compliance and an ally available when I need one.
I've already referred some colleagues and I am sure they will thank me later.

Colleen Cassarly is our rep - I don't know what I would have done without her in the last week. The COVID-19 virus close-downs completely turned our world around. My husband owns a small business, and I am his HR / Office Manager. Needless to say, that I am so grateful to have signed up with Bambee before all this started. On the day when Google closed doors to vendors, we knew we had to do something with our employees - prior to that day I think I had heard the word furlough a few times, but never really understood what it meant. Colleen stepped right in and walked me through the options - and then sent me a template letter to use - and that was just the start. She has held my hand throughout the last week - answering questions promptly. Bravo Bambee for all you do - and Colleen - you are my rock!

Alex is typically very responsive and has answered my as they come up. I did have one situation with some employees and was not able to get a hold of him immediately so I utilized some of the things we had discussed previously to deal with it and he did follow up on the matter to bring it to a formal close and have record of it. I am happy with him as my HR rep.

I called in to have my employee handbook worked on as it is a vital component missing in my company as we begin to grow. Most of my issues are minor as I have been in HR for many years, but when I do have a question, Bambee's Manager, Claudia, assigned to my company has been very helpful. If there was a way to have a fast turn around (usually 48 hours) that would be great. However, I understand it takes time to answer questions, therefore I try to plan ahead and allow for the 48 hour turn time.
My company does not utilize all of the features that Bambee offers. We use Bambee as a resource for questions that may arise and also as a resource to review our handbook's policies.
