We had an underperforming employee give notice and we were considering terminating immediately versus accepting the notice period. Pernell gave prompt attention, guided us through the options and the impact of each option so that we could make an informed decision.
We decided to allow the employee to work out the notice period and experienced further performance and an absence of communication from the employee until receipt of an immediate resignation. Pernell responded with guidance at each development and provided a template for a confirmation of resignation.
Pernell consistently provides prompt response and guidance. We have been very pleased with the service we have received.

I reviewed with my HR manager - Jeff Gaglione about how to terminate one employee who has performance and behavior issues. He guided me through the process and ensure that we have the correct documents and process. He also provided the termination letter which ensures all of the topics are well addressed in writing. He is very knowledgeable on compliance and professional. This gives me a peace of mind when I have to make this difficult decision of employment termination.

I was thrown into HR when I joined the company. CoVid had slashed our trained and experienced staff. With the new hires, the months shut-down, everything had piled up. The managing directors assigned the new platform to me. Within minutes I was stressing. I have only done basic tasks. But with the introduction calls snd the easy communication from Aaron I feel that we are making progress for our organizations.
