INITIAL POSTING 15 February 2019
We spent about €1,000 on blinds, had them installed (very nice guy) about 6 weeks ago, identified a problem on the day of installation, phoned the shop then and every week since. We were being ignored.
They keep promising to phone back but do not.
If they get back to me I will update this review.
The problem is that the Venetian blinds on the big windows are too heavy to be pulled up, which negates the main reason for getting them, ie, to enjoy an unrestricted view. If they had advised us when ordering them we would have bought blinds made of lighter materials.
By the way, the rest of the blinds (on the smaller windows) work perfectly, are gorgeous and a great price.
Baldoyle Blinds are ignoring us and hoping we go away.

We got a call within 24 hours of the above posting. Apologies given and accepted.
The co-owner came to our house, agreed that the blind was too heavy, took it away and had it replaced with a double-blind today that is so much easier to use and perfect for our requirements.
All in all, a fantastic outcome. We are delighted and would have no hesitation buying blinds again from Baldoyle Blinds or recommending them to friends.
