I wouldn't recommend to rent from this company unless you want to pay really expensive rent and receive 0 customer service. It took me forever to make them do things I requested (such as making an extra key, fix the mold in the shower that appeared due to poor ventilation in the bathroom etc.). They promise you that it will be done next week or so, you wait and then it never happens unless you bombard them with calls /e-mails. And honestly for the price you pay per month I would expect them to at least care a little bit about their tenants.
There is construction going on everywhere around the building, you just can't sleep or relax during weekdays unless the sound of drilling relaxes you (I have been living there for 2 years and it never stopped).
The way your apartment is built is a separate story. It all looks nice and new but when you live there it literally falls apart. In around 2-3 months after I started renting from them it was challenging to close the doors, the building moves so you have to adjust the doors constantly if you don't want to use force while closing them. Once I got stuck in my bedroom cos I couldn't open the door because the handle got stuck. The ventilation in the bathroom is so bad that the mold will appear even though you leave the door open after every shower. The entrance door handle literally fell out a couple of times. It wasn't installed properly so it became loose after about a couple of months. An exhaust vent in the kitchen barely works, you should expect the smell of food everywhere, the only way to avoid it is to cook with open windows and balcony. It's frustrating, especially during winter.
When you move out you let them know about moving out 3 months in advance(which is standard) and this is when they start showing your place to potential future tenants while you still live there.. 1 month is okay, but 3 months in advance, isn't it too early?
When you move out nobody informs you that you will wait up to 8 weeks to get some of your deposit back (if any left and it's a lot of money, mine was almost 40 000dkk). When I called them I was shocked to figure it out, they said they have notified me about it when I signed the lease termination, they never did. Then the lady got back to me after checking my lease termination paper and checking with her colleague and said: "oh, yeah, we don't notify you about that, we only tell it to people when they call and ask" .
And this is honestly crazy to me, when you move in they ask you to pay the full amount with deposit and prepaid rent a lot in advance.. When you move out you have to wait for 2 months to get your money back and nobody even mentions that.
When I finished renting I have left the apartment looking almost new, even the inspectors were surprised about how good it looks but they still put floor sanding and polishing in the report, there was no damages to the floor whatsoever.
Worst renting experience in my whole life.
