Very hard to get the paper off to reveal sticky area for kids and even adults. Otherwise beautiful designs. Also best to have individual packets of color for each child.

Shells were super cute but I didn’t realize how small they were. Also hold was drilled in the middle of the shell instead of the top which made it a little difficult to do what I’d like to do but I’ll manage.

product was shipping from the UK.

The products seem good, and i very much appreciated the honesty of the rep who contacted me and let me know that my box would be $75ish in shipping before she just automatically charged my card. The reason i am giving 3 stars was for the condition my box came in. It was completely coming apart and actually hanging open that the mailman had to hold the seals together when he brought to my door. I don't think anything is missing, but for paying that much in shipping, i very easily could have lost some of my items. So this is more to let company know to please, especially when shipping overseas, ship in various ways to ensure that the box arrives in tact. Thanks!

The bat boxes were not easy to assemble and the wood split on some of them because the tabs didn't fit. The markers were expensive and when I opened the blue one, it had no tip at all!

5 Ceramic pots were broken in the box.

My package arrived and inside was a mess of items. Some had come out of the package and it looked like some extra things had been thrown in. When opening our solar system models, we were surprised to find that Pluto was still included. It is a great deal for the money but the packaging was awful!

The kids loved these animal popups, but we had 5 kits out of 48 that were missing pieces.

2 out of 6 pots I ordered were delivered broken. The wrapping was too poor.

Delivery was much longer than the 6 business days!
