Only part of my order arrived. Emailed to find out what had happened to my missing item and had no reply back. This was after good email correspondance before I ordered. Couldn't get through on the phone line. Eventually found a different number for them and got through to be told it was out of stock. Item arrived over 2 weeks after ordering, by which time I had done the job without it.
Also the website was misleading. Drain rods appeared to include a carry bag in description and picture but turned out to be an optional extra. I asked if they could send one out with the missing item due to the inconvenience (would only have been £3 extra to buy) but they refused.
I specifically asked for a receipt before ordering so I had something to go through the books. They sent it via email but i needed a paper copy. Surely not too much to ask. Well to baileysupplies.co.uk this was! So much so that they completely ignored my second request.
Clearly this company thinks it's acceptable to sell items they don't have, and to keep customers waiting for over 2 weeks without contacting them about the problem. To cap it off they can't offer you a paper receipt only and email attachment.
Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. Had I known this is how they treat customers I would not have dealt with this company.
