I scheduled an appointment with Will at Backyard Funstallations 3 weeks ago for him to come and install my sons new playset today, 03/29 as a surprise for my sons 5th birthday which is 03/30. Will had the AUDACITY to actually show up to my home this morning only to tell me that due to the weather forecast he would be unable to put it together for me today. He offered to reschedule for next week!! NEXT WEEK - my son’s birthday is tomorrow!! Never in my life, have I experienced something like this. He was extremely unprofessional and his business practices are shameful!! There I was in tears, left high and dry with no one to install my son’s birthday present. After calling around to numerous competitors, I was informed that Will is known for doing this and his reputation in the industry is extremely poor and now unfortunately, I can attest to this! Don't waste your time with this man or his company. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!
