Lousy customer service. Ordered two bags, didn't receive them in time, and upon returning them, I had to pay TWO fees (almost $20) for the return shipping label--even though they were returned in the same package. I'd really avoid this retailer. There was no discussion with the customer rep about it, and obviously backpacks.com isn't interested in any kind of customer service satisfaction. Too bad there aren't negative stars.

Experience so far is great, they have a variety of backpacks on their website that I couldn't find on amazon or other websites selling backpacks. They didn't offer all brands, if they offered more I'd definitely give them 5 stars.
I ended up ordering a travel backpack, and a backpack that I can wear to work that holds my laptop. I received both fairly quick and in great conditions. Both backpacks were more comfortably than expected, I would recommend others shop at backpacks.com as well.
