Three stars means acceptable, which this experience has just nearly been, so this is my updated review to show that after several emails back and forth they agreed to remedy the overcharge and look into correcting an issue with a site button in the click through payment process.
This is a button that says "auto post" which they seems to interpret as meaning they should automatically charge the client for twice what they explicitly typed in as their spending limit. I'm very glad to hear they are saying they will fix that large ambiguity. They also say they will refund me. I will update if they do not do so fairly promptly.

The service provided at first was great and it was exactly what it offered. When I called to say I was canceling my service, they stopped boosting my ads (as per my rep told me they would do for the package I purchased)
When I contacted customer support online through my user portal the customer rep. named,
Explained that I should call billing and deal with them directly and that he did not have an answer for why my ads were not being boosted as said. He also went on and said, "Do you call your cable company when your cable isn't working?" "Or your internet provider when it's slow?". These were his responses when I asked why should I call when I am dealing with him at the moment and it was a mistake of the company.
Bladymir also REMINDED me that my goal was to reach 6k people and that they have accomplished that. That was his way of saying, "why are you complaining?". His interaction with me was not appreciated.
He has "entered a ticket" to see why my ads are not working, but with 3 days left of my subscription, seems to me he is pushing paper to wait for my deadline to come.
I was looking forward to using the company basic plan for my business but with how they have conducted themselves, I am seriously reconsidering.
After writing the above post, Bladymir called me to inform me that my ads were not being boosed because they had used up all my ad budget for the month. Nowhere did it say and not one person explained to me the specific ad budget and that it could be exhausted before the month was up. When I expressed my frustration with this, Bladymir (this time over the phone) REMINDED me that we reached the 6k reach and that I should not be complaining. The conversation went on with him telling me that he can offer me 5$-10$ because of this. As you can imagine I was once again frustrated. When I asked if he thought that was fair, he sarcastically said: "it's an offer, you don't have to accept it". he then started to sarcastically answer all my questions, chewing loudly on the phone and being rude. I am sure Back At You Media does not carry themselves in this way, my sales rep was far from rude and always carried himself in a professional manner, was there a lack of explanation for how the service would work, yes, but I could have gotten over that with the proper attitude from a customer service rep.
I hope Back At You Media takes this review into consideration, the only reason why I gave them 2 Stars instead of 1, is because the sales rep did his part, and the service was partially delivered.
Bladymir, on the other hand, is exactly what drives paying customers away from services, I will also be expressing my issue with NAR.

Hands down the best social media company for brokers and their agents. Unlike virtually every other company in this space, Back At You Media is a complete solution, compared to others who offer one product and sell you that's all you need. Don't fall for it. You need to hit your clients from multiple angles on Facebook and others networks, Back At You is the only company that does it.
Plus, I heard they are the only social media company vetted and approved by the NAR! As you see, I am a very happy broker as a result of my purchase of this automation for my agents. They love it and it's been huge for me to recruit and retain agents.

Back At You Media is terrific. Extremely responsive to questions and changes. Recently I wanted a new cover photo. They set it up with a photo I supplied and my photo was not right....so they sent me two different batches of photos to choose from and I found one that they turned into a great cover photo for me. Can't say enough good things about them.
