Great customer service and great product with quick delivery.

I’ve left vm messages and two emails in reference to an update on my order. It’s going on two days and I have not heard from a representative. It’s a company that if you have an issue or problem you are required to leave a message.

I bought a tula free to grow and it’s very uncomfortable to wear as a back carrier. Even though it’s advertised as a front and back carrier.

it’s so painful to wear for more then a few hours on your back because the Waist strap isn’t padded all the way Around so it cuts into my tummy and leaves terrible marks. The bit that’s not padded is also quite narrow so all the weight is concentrated in one area of my tummy.

My baby is only 3 months old and as he gets heavier there will be even more weight on the waist strap. I’ve even got pains in my tummy after I’ve taking it off.

My son really doesn’t sit very well in it either. I wish I had kept my Ergobaby as it’s so much better for back carry. Unfortunately I got this based on good reviews and now I can’t return it because I’ve worn it.

I have tried many different SSC carriers and Tula is by far my favorite! I purchased one used and later was given one as a gift. I sold the used one for $120! They really hold their value better than any other SSC company. Super easy to put on and comfortable. Also Tula is a great company. They are very active in the babywearing communities, constantly releasing new prints. As well they are ethical in their business practices. Which is something I love.
