Hello,
we bought stroller Teutonia, after 3 months using was broken, which I said can happened so lets do complaint for that. They answered after one week, then we need to send them broken stroller and they ll send us another stroller in “advance”. Advance mean from babymarkt after 2 weeks so we v been 2 weeks without any stroller with 4months baby old and about quality of stroller I ll not even discussed. I wrote them give us money back or just send us broken part but no way and We are still waiting for repaire! They are nice if everything is ok, but in troubles I can recognized shop!

Don't buy here anything. We bought furnature for the nursery but it was in terrible condition. The company promised to get the furnature back and get us a refund. 5 weeks later we are still waiting for this to happen! We have spend over €800,- here so we really want our money back!
Edit:
Indeed we have been in contact with the costumer service but they keep telling us the furnature will be picked up from our home but we are already waiting for a month! If they followed the law they should have given us our money back already.

We bought a baby carriage, marked as 5 working days delivery.
After more than 3 weeks, we have not received it yet and the customer service is not able to commit when it will be delivered.
The worst thing is, since we don't see a proper solution, we asked them for returning the money paid who they deny that option.
