I ordered the Babybay bedsidecrib which arrived completely unusable as the side of the bed had been broken in two with additional damages to the sleeping surface of the bed. I ordered the bed through their distributor in Norway, Pinkorblue.no.
Unfortunately it seems that pinkorblue has no mandat to make any decision on what to do with the broken product so everything goes through the producer aka Babymarkt.de which is why I am also writing this review. Babymarkt made the decision to replace only parts of the bed, which apparently were sent 2 weeks ago (without a tracking number for their customer service team in Norway). Noone knows where the parts are now, or when they will be delivered.
The case has now been running for over 4 weeks, the response from pinkorblue has been dismal and the support from Babymarkt.dk non existent.
I deeply regret my decision to purchase their babybay bed, particularly since my due date is now within a week and the bed was ordered over 6 weeks ago.
I would strongly recommend others not to purchase the product no matter if straight from the producer or a distributor.

Every reply from babymarkt.de is an excuse or in other words, a lie.
There is no need for reply because customers reviews and raiting tells everything.
The worst online store ever!!!
it is a waste of time and nerves because in solving problems you will only exchange e-mails and no solution at the end. I was robbed and i had to buy new stroller - of course in another store!!!

I don’t know why you are lying, first you said that you cannot repair the stroller. I wanted a refund but you said that is not possible!
It is so weird that in 30 emails that we exchanged couldn’t come to such solution.
Fine I will gladly send the stroller back to you, when can I expect the refund ?

not to recommend to anyone.
ordered from them a baby stroller full set and received not only very late, but also the wrong items. after taking contact with them, the only options they gave was either to take the order like it was with a new bill, or to send it back, even if they had the same product still available on their site. Their reason was that they can t provide the missing article from the delivery
also, till today i am still waiting for the money return. it s been 3 weeks by now

I recived a crocked stroller and they refused to exchange it. They wanted to repair it without giving me a replacement stroller.. we sent emails back and forth for 2 months and theirs lawyers contacted me and still there was no solution.
I told them many times that I can’t be without a stroller because I have a 2 m old child.
I had no choice but to buy a new stroller - from another store of course.
I strongly advise you against buying in these store.

If I could I would rate this Company below zero-we ordered a Scooter for our son and not received it on time , regardless their promise of 1-2 days delivery.
Avoid this Company -second time they are a failure and our last attempt with them.

It's been more than 12 days and no sign of my order. It is stuff that I need for my baby and I already delivered her and I am unable to express milk or use pads because I'm still waiting for it. Great range of products, good prices. I made few orders already. Unfortunately every time I do I experience issues with the payment process. It is the same case every time I purchase - few unsuccessful card payment attempts followed by few unsuccessful paypal attempts. In the end paypal payment passed. This is so exhausting ... I have to do more than 10 attempts ...

babymarkt.de is the worst online shop I've seen ever.
My delivery got stuck in the middle of their warehouse and delivery company. All my calls to the support hotline were not successful - sometimes they said we don't have English speaking colleagues, sometimes told they don't hear anything, sometimes just drop the connection when heard me saying something in English. When I had a rare chance to talk to an English speaking person - I had promised that my problem will be solved asap but they never called back and when I asked the operator to switch me to that person - I was told we don't have a colleague with such a name (Erina).
They never replied to the email info at babymarkt dot de
I really advise never order on this website and tell friends to avoid it as they provide bad service and never solve problems.

Worst online experience so far.
- Took almost 1 month to deliver the product
- Service was terrible (on the phone they will not be helpful, will ignore the call when calling second time since they informed us wrongly first time 5 minutes ago). Also referencing buys from 5 months ago, when the discussion was about current buys.
- Delivery had a misplaced item
- 2 months later, and I still haven't seen the money back for the misplaced item.
All in all - there are so many better online stores for baby stuff - try to ignore baby-markt as much as possible!

I have ordered a pushchair that was quit expansive (almost 600euros) and it never arrived. When my boyfriend call them, nobody new the status regarding my order. Currently I asked payPal to give the money back and hopefully it will be solve like that.
Never order from them, they are not serious at all.

Ordered a cot from these guys and they sent the item without assembly instructions and assembly parts. Have been waiting for over two weeks for these parts to arrive. Their customer service is non-existent, they don't care, once they have your money they don't want to hear from you.
Stay away from this company. Pay a premium and buy from a company that values its customers
