Fast delivery. Within 5 days. Just a downside have to pick up from postnord instead of home delivery as item is quite large. Very happy with the product.

I ordered a pram in February never recieved it and never got my money back or emails replied too.when I try to go on their website now I have a warning saying that their page etc is unsafe. I have proof offsales and emails too. Don't order total scam

Like everyone else, never received the stroller!!! Single parent here ya ******* best get in touch with the bank!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Fraud company!
Ordered a travel pushchair, received a confirmation text and a shipped text.
Still no arrival.
Queried the delivery time by calling the number on the website to be told it’s out of service.
Tried emailing two email addresses from the website and still no response.
DO NOT use this company!

Yes as others have stated fraud company. Their Facebook page has been removed. I've put in claim with my bank to hopefully get money back. Just be careful though, seems like the fraudsters think they are one step ahead and are sending out emails pretending to be from bank and asking for more details.... Only for it being the wrong bank I might have thought it was legit. Hope however behind this catches corona virus.

Scammed been waiting for a pushchair to arrive been trying to call and number is not going through.

Scammers!! Furious !! Ordered a pram and got confirmation but have not received anything form them. Can not contact them what do ever.

Pushchair ordered and paid for, delivery hasn't happened and now emails and phone calls aren't being answered. This isn't a real company, it is a man Peter Hawkins setting up companies from his home address then closing it 6months later after conning people out of their money.

I ordered a pram and nothing has been delivered with no way of contacting the business or response to emails
I ordered on 19 Feb after seeing an advert on Facebook i got confirmation and and invoice for my order and then a response on 24th Feb to say my order had been shipped With not tracking details, I gave it the benefit of doubt as it was a new set up but till to date I have not received the Stroller with no response to my email and there is no number available to call to enquire
SAVE YOUR MONEY IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE JUST STAY AWAY I WENT AGAINST MY OWN JUDGEMENT ON THIS OCCASION NEVER AGAIN

Had to put a star up to do this review but I am also in the same boat as a lot of people on here I brought a fold up pushchair from Facebook selling page from this “The baby land” and I havnt recieved it and I have been emailing phoning and messageing and NO REPLY FOR WEEKS NOW. I think we’ve all been scammed, I’ve reported this to Facebook. Lost money And been waiting for this pushchair as I need it, so lost time too I’m very annoyed about this, should be stopped ammediatly .

Same as the other people have comment, ordered a light weight stroller on the 10th of feb and still no stroller has arrived!! Facebook advertised this company so thought it would be ok, but clear not. Do not buy from them!!!

I ordered a pushchair for my son on the 10th of feb and On the 13th of feb they texted me to say my order was shipped i Haven’t received my order I have emailed them about 4 times they haven’t got back to

Think I may call the police and report them for fraud. It has now become pretty apparent that they are a scam company that take payment off you but do not send out goods. Facebook had also been contacted as they should not be allowed to advertise their fraudulent activity on there. They do NOT reply to emails or calls and for us luckily it was less than £50 but it’s the fact they obviously have no intention of sending out goods once paid for. Wouldn’t give them one star even but you have to in order to leave a review. Next stop to file a claim against them as I have still not heard any different after trying to contact them.

Absolute joke ordered a stroller took money no confirmation or email and cannot contact them they want shutting down if you ask me

Had to give 1 star in order to write anything. Like other reviewers I purchased a fold up stroller on 12th February front the baby land Leeds and money was taken immediately and as of today there’s no sign of the item. I did receive a confirmation of purchase and also an email to say it was dispatched 2 days later. Within the dispatch email I was told I could track the item however no tracking number was provided. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and emailed to request tracking number to see where the item might be and if lost could claim from Royal Mail. However the company did not respond to my email nor my subsequent 3 emails. To the point I have now filed a dispute claim with my bank in order to try and get the payment reversed. Even when I contacted the company to say I had done this with the bank they still didn’t respond. So that’s the level of customer service. They will take payment immediately just don’t expect to receive anything for your money or any form of communication. This isn’t the sort of business to give your money to - you would be better handing £40 to a homeless person.

My daughter ordered a fold up stroller on 21st off February paid for it straight away took the money sent her no confirmation order number been emailing and phoning the number on the site to find out what's happening but nobody seems to want to answer her problem can anyone help her please and can anyone help with phone numbers and emails as they don't seem to answer to emails and phone number just keeps going to voice thanks

Waste of space

Very happy! Ordered Lego in addition got a very pleasant gifts with a punctual delivery! And price for the product was less than I would get in a physical shop itself. I would recommend it and for sure will use their services and products in the future.

Very poor customer service and hidden terms.
They have many delivery delivery partners who work on different terms.
My first order was delivered to me promptly on time.
The second time i ordered i used the recommended delivery partner by Babyland.
Its been 20 days now I still havent received the package.
When I try to cancel the order, Babyland tells me there is a charge of 65 sek if i do so.
Also if their service parnter fail to deliver in 14 days, they will charge me 195sek as fee.
My entire order value was only 160sek.
The customer service people dont help.
They act like they own the Baby land. (Ebba from Babyland)
I have lost any interest in pursuing this any further.
Its not worth my time now.
I m never purchasing any from Babyland ever again .

My go to shop for all baby products. Fast delivery and great customer service.

I've been defrauded on 2 separate purchases and one repair.

First, they sold me a baby wagon with a faulty valve. I couldn't pump the tire and being very busy, I went like that, swerving to the side until all the other wheels would deflate.

Second, 3 years after, my wife bought a second, cheaper wagon and its handle bent within weeks. It bent so far down (from normal use) that it went too low for us to push it, rendering the wagon useless.

Third, my wife also went to the store to replace the deflated (punctured) tire and they managed to defraud her of 900kr, replacing all four instead of just one. Basically, they took 3 healthy tires and charged her for it.

Fourth, they refused a refund on the new (cheaper) wagon and said how I didn't react in time for a warranty on the first. It took quite a while for me to realize the wheel is impossible to inflate. Apart from this, my life and the wagon itself kept me pretty busy. The fact that they sold me a faulty product didn't matter at all, as long as they could get away on technicalities. Hence, I conclude it's a firm of frauds and no integrity.

Oh, and fifth, the pump that came with the wagon was useless. Its hose broke almost immediately, from bending and it couldn't pump a damn thing. It seemed like it was completely incompatible with the valves of the tires. So that kinda added to the whole chaotic situation that kept me too busy to live, let alone claim a warranty.

Never buy anything from these zero-integrity frauds with ridiculous quality products. They just want to cheat you out of as much money as they can and care about nothing else.
