I love this sling - so much that I bought one for my better half too! He also finds it practical and most importantly, easy to use. What I don't like with other slings is the long ties and wrapping it around you - I feel like I have to be an origami expert to understand them! With Baby K'tan, it's quick, easy and comfortable. I would recommend this sling any day :-)

Terrible product, didn't fit properly, called to exchange and was told to order a specific size after I let them know that wouldn't be correct and they forced me to order that size anyhow. Didn't fit, child was in pain and neither of us could breathe. Also very, very difficult to put on without almost dropping your baby, must have two people to put it on and take it off. Company never did make it right and I can't even give this thing away.

The customer service at Baby K'TAN was very helpful. I needed assistance in ordering the correct size; I had requested a small on my registry, but it turned out I needed an extra-small. Since I had already washed and worn the small, I was unsure to return it. The person I spoke with at Baby K'TAN was very helpful and gave me a 30% off coupon to order the correct size. She also sent me an email with pictures and tips for using the carrier. It arrived quickly and the extra-small was definitely the correct size.

Love this wrap! Its easy to use, light-weight, and my baby loves it. I struggled to find a baby carrier that fit me comfortably and that I could still get things done around the house while carrying baby. This one is PERFECT!

Me and hubby love it!!! We have the original. At first, we looked at and thought "how the heck???". But it was so easy after physically putting it on and following the instructions. It's so soft and we love the fact that there are no buttons, clips, zippers or velcro to touch our precious newborn's skin. Nice quality also. Would definately recommend ?

We loved the Baby K'tan Original! Ours was black and we got the medium size. Since our baby was 10.5 pounds at birth and remained a big baby, we didn't use the carrier for as long as expected. It fit me (a medium-sized woman) comfortably. It fit my husband (a large man) comfortably during baby's newborn days. I loved how easy it was to wash as well as store in the diaper bag. Good quality. I would've liked if it had supported my back better as baby grew, but I'd highly recommend this item for the newborn season and maybe a couple months after that. It supported baby pretty well, and more often than not we felt secure with it being able to contain baby in a safe manner. Definitely loved being hands-free!!

I had ordered a small and after ordering it I started wondering if I needed a medium instead. I messaged Baby K'tan on instagram and even commented on one of their photos. I also emailed them (too much, I know!). They were very quick to get back to me. Jamie was very thorough when she emailed me and even made sure to call me to follow up with my measurements. She also, emailed me tips on what to do if it were too small. This was the best customer service I have received. I highly reccomend Baby K'tan for it's quality of product and quality of service.

The baby k’tan is so easy to use! It’s much quicker to put on and lots more comfortable than other wraps. It’s breathable fabric also allows you to wear it outdoors and not be so sweaty! I would recommend this product to anyone!
