Excellent product and timely delivery

Great service!

I usually never write reviews, but I was really impressed with how efficient Babyhuys was with my order. They were not only the cheapest when I compared prices but they were able to send it to me within 2 days! I live in Sweden so that is impressive. This will not be the last time I shop with Babyhuys.

Really happy with purchase mima xari pram and car seat did email a few times to see what was going on with order and didn't exactly get straight answers but did turn up before specified time was well packed and I was very happy and would purchase again from website for sure.

Our item wasn't in stock after ordering but that was okay because they kept us up to date on the status of our order. It's always a bit nervy ordering from a country that isn't your own! You're never quite sure if it might be a problem resolving an issue.
However, sure enough as promised by the new year it was dispatched asap and we love the pram.

Product price is cheaper than any other site

They advertised a product they didn't have in stock, they let me buy the product that they had falsely advertised, they continued to take the money from account and I was charged by my bank for the transaction. I got the money back I had paid for the product I didn't get back the charges that had been put on my account.

We got very good deal for Stokke Trailz, can recommend this shop to everyone!

I placed an order and was by the order confirmation informed that all items were in stock. Several calls and e-mails later I cancelled the order after waiting over a month.

After been waiting for two weeks without any information at all I called the service desk and was informed the one of the items were out of stock and that the order would be shipped the week after. Friday the next week (no information received) I called again and asked them to send the order in two separate parcels since it was still not shipped. Got an ok. The next week, still not shipped, another call, another promise to ship the goods the same day. Next day, still not shipped, another promise to ship one parcel at the latest noon the next day. Two days later, still not shipped, no information. Another call to service desk.

Now I get the information that ANOTHER item in my order is now out of stock, why they still haven't shipped anything. I cancelled the order after waiting over a month. Babyhuys must improve their inventory system, information to customers and raise their service level.

Ordered from another webshop and everything was delivered 4 days later.

They have taken more than one month to post a highchair that concerned send in 5 working days. Explanations they have given me when I insisted and they have not sent apologies. Bad service

We ordered several Stokke products and they all arrived in perfect state. Although we are living abroad, the package arrived within a couple of days only. We will certainly check out babyhuyswebshop.nl for future shopping!

I've bougth the stokke xplory from spain trought this page on internet,the price was excellent and in 5 days my stokke xplory vaa in spain.absolutely recomended.
