I went to the website and found the adaptors I needed for my stroller. I bought them and paid or shipping to Sweden where I live. When I received them, they were not the ones on the picture.
When I questioned this I got as a reply that it is not the company deciding on the pictures that goes with their products it is their retailers.
So even though they admit the picture was incorrect and that I received the incorrect product I am not getting these reimbursed. Very disappointing. I would never order anything from this website again! What if it was something more expensive, this time I only lost 30€ but what if I ordered a pram?! Keep away!
