I got to know about this store in early last year and since then I am purchasing products now and then. However, I did not have a good experience with babybanden web store during 2019. I must say the Customer Services I interacted with in last year, especially 2018 summers were altogether a different experience! And based on that interaction I also recommended this store.
Here I would like to share my multiple experiences with this store in 2019:
i. If I reflect on my experience with Babybanden web store in 2019, it seems Customer Service is not very active in replying to queries. I felt that I had to do a follow-up in order to get the answer.
ii. Keeping promises is another aspect which I believe Babybanden fails to maintain. They have been discussing one cabinet set with me and given me an offer during the day which I could not see and act upon quickly. Later after just few hours, the same products advertised on a cheaper price and quickly sold out.
iii. With another purchase, Kidsmill Bateau Garderobeskap was ordered by me separately, I received a confirmation of purchase. Later also I received a confirmation from PostNord that the cabinet is being picked up and entered into their warehouse, and will be delivered in couple of days. However, almost a week had passed and upon my follow-up with Babybanden I found out that the package is missing from PostNord. Babybanden was unaware of this, there were no alarms in between Babybanden or PostNord that product is not delivered to Customer and have exceeded the delivery threshold - this is my best guess as I could still see through the Kolli number that product is at PostNord warehouse in Larvik.
iv. I contacted Babybanden regarding this and they simply refused to take any responsibility and had only one perspective to return the money paid by me. It was really sad to see the Customer service does not even understand Customer sentiments with the product ordered. I also found out from Babybanden that loosing packages are very common and I feel this requires some escalations to further take it up either internally or with PostNord to fix such delivery issues.
v. Upon multiple emails exchange, no solution offered by Babybanden Customer Service. I requested for a connect with Babybanden CEO or managing director, but they did not even respond to my this specific request.

long respond time, package sent more than 1 week after ordered on line; and no choise of where the package sent, and it ends up with sending to a place I've never heard of... not easy to pick up.
