Costumer service is some kind of a nightmare. I've ordered a car seat for my child, and still didn't get it.
I had to write four letters before they answered me, then all I got from them is saying please have patience and now they are ignoring me.
I've asked to send me new item or refund my money but I was told that cancellation is not possible since they don't have any idea where my item is and have to investigate with DHL. Its been a week now and they are still investigating and I don't have anything, no money and no chair.
Be carefull buying from them, I know i won't!

I was looking forward to change my negative review for positive one after receiving the goods but this is not possible. It got worse.
I could accept longer than usual delivery time due to the current situation.
However lack of response from the shop after sending them few emails, as well as trying to call them many times caused my negative feedback.
I have ordered Joie Litetrax 4 Air pushchair and footmuf in EMBER color. I picked this color as it's all black including the inside lining of the hut.
In any other version of this pushchair it is white, and we did not like it.
I could have order this color somewhere else, but I have chosen Babyartikiel.de.
When the pushchair arrived we had discovered that the inside the hut material is white.
If I was not on the hurry of using the pushchair I would have returned all to the shop.
I also send them another e-mail prior this review asking for clarification, but again there was no response.
I recommend anyone to stay away from this shop, and if you are going to buy something you have to be prepared for disappointment.
Never again.

The shipping and delivery service is a chaos and a horror. When I placed the order it said the item would arrive in two weeks. That corresponded to the 18 of December. A few minutes later, I receive a confirmation email that it will arrive on the 21, but that I should get a confirmation of the shipping before with a tracking number. On the 19th I call them because I have not received any tracking number yet. They tell me they will receive the item on the next day, and send me an email with the tracking number on the 21st the latest. No email came on the 21st. But on the 22nd I receive an email with a new date for the expected shipping (note "shipping" not even "delivery"): 7th of January!! Which I decide to accept in spite of all, because at that time it is too late to get the items anywhere else and the baby is due soon. Then on the 1st of January, I receive an email that the item will be sent to me on the 2nd, but nothing comes on the 2nd (no email of shipping confirmation or anything). How is it possible to be so unprofessional with the shipping system? How is it possible that nobody can give me reliable information about an order that was placed (and paid!) a month ago? I understand that some deliveries might be delayed, but what I can't understand is the constant missinformation on the webpage, via email, and via telephone. It also makes me think that they lie on purpose on the webpage about expected delivery as a marketing trick. And only when it is too late for you to get the items anywhere else, they inform you about a delay. I feel a lack of honesty in the information on the webpage as well as on the telephone customer service. In the end, a product that was promised to be delivered on the 18th of December, arrived on the 10 of January, after 4 emails and 3 phone calls, each of them with a completely different, random, useless information.
In addition, one of the products was defective and Babyartikel ignored my claims. I had to solve the claim with the brand of the product directly.
Never again.

Truth is I have no opinion for the products because I haven't received anything yet. It's been two weeks but according dhl's tracking system my parcel hasn't even left Germany. Babyartikel's customer service informed me that after their question to dhl ,an inquiry will be held to determine the whereabouts of my package that can last up to 12 weeks (!). So Babyartikel should have a better postage cooperation with a more responsible company. I give 5 stars for the prices. The best in eu for my product.

I have been using this buggy for days now and I think it is really a good one. My baby is very comfortable with it both sitting and lying down. It is of considerable size and has big space for the baby to move freely yet secure with the straps. Very easy to assemble. It came with rain cover as well, though it's quite fiddly to put on. I like the color very much and the parent's organizer is awesome, where you can have your phone, keys, etc. on hand. Quite huge basket and easy to drive with only one hand, I no longer have to do complicated manuevers to put the buggy in the elevetor. Its folding system is impressive, can be open and close with only one hand in a single click even with your baby in your arms, then when you close it you can carry it like a suitcase. The delivery was fast. Awesome!

With all items I ordered I am very satisfied but with delivery I am not. Some items DHL delivered not to my address but to the nearest DHL office. I waited the whole day at home for the package to come just to find out in the evening that they just put the notice on my briefcase that I wasn't at home (but I was, they were just too lazy to bring it to me).I don't have a car and at that point I was pregnant and it was very stressful for me. Why should I pay taxi to be delivered when the delivery is already paid?!Disapponted.
