I booked early in order to get a window seat, but it gave me no option to select window seat and just gave me aisle seats. Rest of booking was quite good although not worried about transfers seats etc as with IC they are free.
The SNCB response is appreciated but does not help me. I am certain I saw no window or aisle selection choice anywhere but only round table etc. The big problem is you don't see your seat allocation until booking is paid and finalised. They could learn from Irish rail who have an airline style free seat choice with seat map during booking. This is a special significant birthday surprise trip for my wife who would have preferred the window hence my disappointment

I had a ticket to Antwerp at 20:55, but I went in the Thalys from 19:25 because I had a REALLY important buissness meeting and there were no trains available to The Netherlands if I picked the Thalys from 20:55. I paid the 70 Euros extra because I had the wrong ticket. When we arrive in Brussels, the conductor said clearly to me that Brussels was the FINAL DESTINATION of that train. While getting down the stairs in Brussels, the sign said that the Thalys I JUST STEPPED OUT from, DO goes further to Antwerp and Schiphol. I am really upset about this, and I can not get home now because there is nothing available from now. So I am now stuck in Brussles. Thanks...

on more than one occasion now I get this message
"The selected fair you have chosen is sold out"
This is after the seats have been 'RESERVED'
The new fair, in the same class is a lot more, please fix this error or are you just wanting to make more money from people.

The only comment I have regarding the online booking process concerns seat selection. It would be preferable to review seat selection, and have the option to change before confirming the payment. If this is already part of your online booking system or app then it is not obvious when this option is available during the booking process. Otherwise, the booking process was straight forward, and convenient. Thank you.
