The main points to consider for a better service onboard:
- you catering services onboard: the clients have to wait long time in long line in order to pay and to get served in the different bars onboard.
- hygiene and cleanliness of the cabins/rooms
- punctuality and organisation during the embarking and
disembarking
- the unfriendliness of some of your employees
