Went to Auto zone to get new wiper blades, store was empty, there were 2 employees up front by registers. I stood there for 5 minutes, not one person acknowledged that I was there, not even a "i'll be right with you". Finally one asked what I needed. I asked if they could help me find some wipers and what they would recommend. Well he pointed to where they were, said they only 2 types to pick from and when I looked online what was at store it showed 17 different ones that would fit my car and he said that's all he can do.
So I asked if there was someone to put them on for me, to make sure they were on correct, I had no clue how to do it. He said there was. So I picked out the blades, went to pay, 65 bucks, unbelievable! No warranty either. Paid and stepped aside waited and waited, finally asked again if there was anyone to help, same unfriendly guy said it will be a minute, and started to help another person who had issues that seemed like would take forever to resolve.
Finally another employee came up front and said he can put them on. Next day at 5:30 am when I left the house for work, snow falling, freezing cold, I pulled out of driveway and turned wipers on, one of them went flying off, had to stop in street, in the dark, standing out in the cold while it was snowing trying to figure out how to put my own wipers on, so i can see on the way to work, since apparently the person at the Auto zone had no clue. Finally managed to snap it on, not sure if it was even attached correct, glad I was not on the highway otherwise there would of went my 30 bucks flying down the highway. Not happy, next time will be going to O'Rileys

Sat on hold 45 mins. Finally hitched a ride down to the store and the manager was a total jerk that certainly hated his job. I went to oreillys after that. Great service. I will never step foot in a autozone again.

AutoZone 0875 that's at 10157 S Parker rd in Parker CO charged my husband twice for the same item, it took us 4 phone calls, 2 actual trips to the store and 10 days and we still haven't received our money back. Last time my husband stopped by they talked to him like he was a scammer because he suggested if they have a problem putting this money back to the credit card why don't just pay him cash.
No more AutoZone for me, you guys killed it for $12.99.

The worst customer service in San Diego. Poor thing about this franchise that doesn't inspect its employees. Simply, even though I am within all the requirements for returning some items I bought less than 2 weeks ago, with proof within my Rewards and the debit in my bank account, they refused to return the items or even give me in credit. Rude clerk!
I don't even recommend it to enemies. Even Walmart is much better. Worth the effort.
We have more better ones:
- O'Reilly Auto Parts
- Advance Auto Parts
- Pep Boys
- Walmart
21st century where companies are struggling with their nails to win new customers and retain the ones they already have, franchises do not know what clerks without training and knowledge are doing. The last one to leave, turn off the light in this store in Point Loma.

Auto zone has the worst web site of all time. There is no way in hell they can really have a problem or maintenance scheduled. On [email protected] store # 4675 11910 iron bridge road Chester va, about 8:10 pm the young man working was too fast on the computer, didn't ask me if i wanted to use my $ 20 reward. OTHER PROBLEMS I AM NOT SAYING. I will said this every worker and managers think they know it all. But I got a reward point this time. The last time at this location I got no point. I need to return parts, but I can't find my receipt nor is it on my purchase history. But I got a message to give one of the parts a review. SO WHAT IS THERE PROBLEM. Auto zone on brook road in Glen Allen VA. No problems. Auto zones warranty is why I go back.

Had a great experience earlier today. The individual that helped me checked my battery (that I had to get jumped to get there), and said it was working fine and likely didnt start before because the car hadnt been driven in a few weeks. He likely could have sold me a battery I didn't need so I really appreciate him taking the time to check and giving an honest opinion. I'll be back for an future issues/part needs.

If you need Auto parts stay away from AutoZone. They lure you in with promises of rewards that never show up on your account because the restrictions are so numerous that no one can ever get a reward on their account. As far as the parts go they offer lifetime warranty but if you want to keep bringing the parts back every week they'll keep giving them to you because they're junk. Do yourself a favor shop at RockAuto or O'Reilly's better selection better parts.

Battery died 18 months after purchase, went to autozone on Chester st in cape coral. Three salesmen sitting down, one came to see my receipt and said they don't have size needed, that I should go to store on skyline. He didn't test to see if battery was the issue nor did he call skyline to see if in fact they did have 2 in stock as computer showed. I went to the skyline store where I was greeted by Marne. She came out and tested battery to make sure that was the problem, which it was
She then got right on installing the replacement battery. Even though we only live 6 blocks from chester street, will make the drive to Marne's store for all future needs.

Best customer service today at the Vanderbilt Beach Rd store in Naples, Fl. Patrick Robert was great! Sense of humor, very knowledgable of products and knew how to install my new battery very quickly with no problems. I wish I could get this kind of service at every store, no matter what they sell. Keep up the good work. Thank you, Garry

I was having trouble starting my car. I went to AutoZone and they checked my battery for free. The battery was bad, so I bought a new one with a 3-year warranty. David, the store manager, installed it for free! I did not know that AutoZone would install it, let alone for free!
I go to AutoZone to buy everything I need for my car. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Miguel G with Hobe sound Auto Zone was simply amazing. His customer service was A++ and he went above and beyond installing the new battery and ensuring to keep the electronics connected. He took the time to explain what options we had and the process. You don't get customer service like this anymore so if you are in need of any auto help I'd recommend Miguel G %
Thank you Miguel and Auto Zone for turning something that was stressful into a quick and seamless repair.

Looking for a variety of parts on autozone.com and every search returns with "select a store". I enter my zipcode and select the local autozone store and... NOTHING! I repeat the process with the same result. I can't even find a price for a simple oil filter. The website continues to ask me to select a store and when I do,
The items apear but no pricing or availability appears. I feel like I'm in the movie "Groundhog Day". C'mon Autozone, pay some techie to upgrade your website. On a side note: Whenever I do visit the local store, the counter people are amazing. Way to go store # 6433.

We went to AutoZone on 609 N Mattis in Champaign, IL. Our car battery was looking corroded. Chandra came out, took a look. She took the battery out, cleaned it up and tested it, before she sold us a new one. Once we bought the new one, she stood out in the middle of a rain storm and put it in for us!! She gave great service and went beyond normal service to help us out!

I had to replace the tail light assembly on my Honda van. While I was at it I wanted to change the light bulbs in both left and right tail lights. There's 2 different lights in each assembly. The brake light which is white and the turn signal light which is amber color. Being a painting contractor and not an electrical mechanic I bought everything I was told I was needed. I was sold an extra set of brake lights I didn't need. The turn signal lights were not amber lights which they have to be because the lens is clear. Also an extra packet of light bulb grease for the sockets. I didn't even use the entire first one. So at this point my time has been wasted. I go back to the store with the tools and a different associate helps me by actually looking at the vehicle himself. He knew what he was doing and talking about. So I get the right bulbs. I returned the extra brake light bulbs and packet of grease. Then the original associate who sold me the wrong bulbs and extra bulbs and wasted my time was trying to charge me for the amber bulbs again which I had already paid for but they were white in color. When I pointed this FACT out he got a patronizing tone and said to 'Have a nice day'. It sounds nice here doesn't it? There's these things called 'tone' & 'voice inflection' and any adult that speaks English recognizes it when it's phony. I'm not some hick just off the farm. This guy wastes my time, wants me to pay for something I already paid for then because he blew it tries to make me the bad guy? It doesn't work like that. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the other associate was a help and didn't waste my time. A 30 minute project - that's with going to and from the store one time. Turns into over an hour because of that guy. There's entirely too many places to get parts for my vehicle than to ever deal with garbage like this again. These days GOOD customer service is what keeps businesses afloat and BAD service breaks businesses. Good prices don't mean much without it.

I cant even express how amazing the customer service was at Levittown Auto Zone!! Marlon L not only helped me put my battery in my car. About two minutes in it started raining. When I came over with an umbrella he said it was alright its the world blessing to us. I still made sure he was covered. He truly was genuinely a happy soul and willing to serve others. This man deserves a raise. The battery was installed quickly and efficiently. Thank you Marlon

Placed online order for a 12 volt ext. cord. Website referenced free next day shipping - this was not an option at checkout. Received email order was ready for pickup - This store was closed due to Covid 19! How did I receive an email from a closed store? Called Customer Non-Service - was told store manager would call me back - didn't happen - pathetic. Called again. Was told the store would be open the next day at 1:00 pm - didn't happen - pathetic. Called a different location from the closed store and spoke with a rude person who said the store was open - pathetic. I've now spent more time and gas money than the item was worth - pathetic. Am now trying to get a refund but not holding my breath. How does a place that operates like this stay in business? Will never shop there again. Forget the 1 star- I would give it a negative 10 stars if I could.

Went the AutoZone on bellfort near gessner. Go the wrong piece, paid cash, went back, they said without a receipt I could only get a store credit to spend at the same stupid store that screw up my part in the first place. Autozone, if people pay you in cash, refund them in cash, they need. And to your obnoxious, petty and rude store manager, after living near and going to that Autozone for decades. You suck and I will never go into a AUTOZONE again. Thanks Oreillys, and Advanced auto, for hiring competant, caring and knowledgeable people to work at your places. F#$K AUTOZONE
