Simple fast and uncomplicated service.
The owner went extra mile to send the car to our hotel since it's same distance and we are arriving late from Bangkok.
Highly recommended when traveling around Thailand as they have partners office.

Pick up and drop off the car is easy and the agent very punctual. Car in good condition but internal cleanliness need to improve the rest all is fine.

Excellent service, booked on the web and car delivered within a few hours.
Having tried a number of other rental companies I had used before, none of them had vehicles available. I found Autorent.asia on google and they were able to supply the car at a fair price.
No issues with handover etc, all very easy and professional. I would highly recommend them in Hua Hin, based on my experience.

Arrived at my rented villa in Hua Hin to find it was in the middle of nowhere. Called the team at autorent, within an hour I had a nearly new Toyota auto. Really good price, great car, great service. Sadly I have just given the car and on my way back home. Thank you autorent.

I rent a car from autorent.asia, I fly from KL to Hua Hin. The agent speaks very good English, already waiting for me with the car at the door. Very nice Toyota not very old. I check the car, all fine and pay the money with my credit card. I already have the extra insurance from autorent and I leave the 950.00 MYR cash for my security deposit. The agent tells me about the speed limits and that we must all wear the seat belts and not park on the red & white or the yellow & white. All very good. I bring the car back to the terminal departure door, the agent was there and checked the car with me, all OK so I get my cash back. Very good service, very good price. I go again soon with my friends to Hua Hin for golf, I will call autorent.asia again.

I have used this company now many times. Always collect my car at Suvarnabuhmi and return the car their. Great service, no smelly transfer buses, the agent greets you in the terminal and another one brings the car to the terminal door, away within 10-15 mins. Drop the car off at the the departures door. Always nearly new cars and nicely presented. Competitive prices. The agents understand English so rarely have communication problems. Web site easy to use. They get my vote.

Great service. Met by the agent at Hua Hin airport bus stn. No fuss, nearly new Toyota, nice & clean. No problems at all. Dropped the car back to the same bus station. Very happy. Will use again

I used this company for a rental car in Hua Hin last year. I found it easy to book, the price was very competitive and when I received the paperwork it was clear, no small text, I could see no catches.. I collected the car the Hua Hin airport bus station, the car was a nearly new Toyota, very clean and had never been smoked in, The hand over was simple and I paid using my credit card. Unfortunately one evening a group of youngsters on motorcycles were racing through town and one of them damaged the side of the car and never stopped. I called the insurance company number, they came to me within about 20 minutes and they called the local police. After 15 minutes I left but as I was the renter of the car and the motorcyclist had run away I was responsible for the damage. So OK, as per the contract autorent kept the security deposit to help cover the cost of the damage, but my travel insurance also covers excess refund so they reimbursed me. I will definitely be using autorent.asia in Thailand in the future. I have no complaints.

DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY
After 8 weeks I am still waiting for a security deposit to be refunded (7500 Baht). Seeing there was no reason for keeping it, the car was returned in the same condition as I received it, why do they need to hold on to a deposit for so long.
I have sent several emails and do not get a response from them.
They were very helpful when I owed them money, but very uncooperative now they owe me money.
I have never been asked for a security deposit when renting a car before (and I have rented many, from different companies)

I have hired cars from all over the world and this simply has to be the most shoddy and unprofessional rental company EVER!
The handover at Suvarnabhumi Airport was conducted in the second lane on the road outside the terminal building. There were several marks i noted on the bodywork of the car which I had to point out to the agent who had failed to honestly note this on the pre inspection form.
On return and handover, again outside the terminal, the agent took some snaps of the vehicle and I presumed wrongly it was all ok.
A few days after my return to England I received a email from a Richard ( I have asked for his full name but it has not been forthcoming) claiming I damaged the wheel trim on the car. Images of the car the agent took outside the terminal ( with her finger visibly showing over the screen ) were forwarded along with two close up pictures of the wheel trim.
Interestingly those photos are two different file types and do not prove it is the car I hired. Indeed the road surfaces are different in each image. On one photo the alleged markings on the trim are not consistent with the alloy on the wheel suggesting it is old damage. The company has not produced evidence of a time and date of these images despite repeated requests.
I categorically know that this damage was not caused during my stewardship. The vehicle at no time was parked on the road. Only in hotel car parks.
Autorent have refused to refund my 7500 security deposit.
Renters beware of scams like this. Make sure your car is collected from a compound. There are so many variables leaving the renter vulnerable including the possibility that the agent could have caused further damage after the return handover after she drove off in the car.
Further advice to renters is to pay with your credit card as credit card companies have a duty of care to protect their customers. They will investigate fraud and your money will be safe if you are a victim like me.
I will be contacting the Thailand tourist bureau about this experience.

Having used this company ( Clive ) A few times before I had no problem recommending his service to others .
Since then i have completely changed my mind based on his ( Clive) Attitude ! , I booked a car 6 weeks back and this was confirmed via email . I paid the invoice for the commission ( Autorent ) up front . I was then sent the voucher which i assumed was correct as my instructions were spot on ! his replies were also confirming my dates .
I thought to look at the voucher 2 days before we was due to pick the car up at Samui Airport when we realised that Auto Rent had made a mistake with the dates and therefore had no cars available ! this in turn completely messed our family holiday up as we then had to pay for extra nights in Samui while losing money on hotels booked and paid for in Hua Hin , Clives attitude was totally unacceptable he simply said that it was a human mistake and sarcastically asked me if i would like him to purchase a new car . He at no point offered any Apology or to try other car rental companies to try and make up for his own mistake Clive you are an agent that makes commissions from the likes of Hertz ,Avis etc if you make a mistake its your problem to fix it ! if you cannot fix it you simply offer the commission back to the customer as you have FAILED to do your job ! After emailing Clive he is yet to respond no commission has been refunded as of yet ! this is fraud ! Pathetic !
Clive will still not respond or reply to my messages let alone pay pay the commission he has stolen from me ! My Advice guys is DO NOT USE THIS IS FRAUD !!!

Refused to refund deposit stating that we had not arrange a change of collection times even though the agent said 5pm ok. Left us at airport to use another company. The don't have a site at BKK airport

IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS
I originally gave this company a 5 star rating "Good rates. Clean, well-maintained cars, perfect service. Highly recommended."
HOWEVER I have been forced to change the review.
1. They routinely take the full car rental deposit from your credit card (7,500 Thai Baht in my case) and FAIL to return the deposit at the end of the rental. When I queried, they said the delay was due to them awaiting any fines for traffic offences. I still await a deposit return from JUNE 2018!
2. I had a breakdown while renting one of the Autorent Asia cars (they have their own fleet as well as being agents for others). I called the number provided only to find that the car was NOT in fact covered by the recovery service. After calling the Autorent office, they dealt with it quickly but I had to pay for the repair myself. I only found out about the above deposit issue when checking my credit card statement to see if the repair cost had been reimbirsed.
3. They now ignore ALL communications from my email and phone
Shame that a good service is let down in this way!

The service was fast reliable no hidden extras and no surprises - I paid a little extra for the no quibble policy and handover was about 5 minutes - will definatlely use the same company
