I ordered a part I needed asap with $18 two day shipping. Autoplicity shipped my part with standard ground shipping and it was going to take 6 days to arrive. I called them and they confirmed it was shipped wrong. I asked if they could ship out another one expedited since I needed the part asap. They could not help me, they told me to refuse shipment and I would get a refund. Then after they get the part back and numerous phone calls they told me they do not give out full refunds. I asked for a supervisor and finally they agreed to refund my money. Terrible service and a terrible company. Not a single apology for messing up my shipment and every service person I talked to was somewhat rude. Definitely think twice before ordering from this outfit.

Ordered for one truck and was sent parts that weren't even for my truck but for older model than mine. Then when I returned I wasnt even refunded what i paid for the parts. I was charged crazy money for ordering and returning something that wasnt even for my truck. Never will do business with this company again. Will tell everyone I know not to do business with this company. Would give negative stars if I could. HORRIBLE AND A RIPOFF

With 'fitment guarantee' listed (not defined … wish I looked first) the part I purchased does not actually fit though the site says is does. I've told them it doesn't and a week later it still says it does...?
Will not cover my expense from wasted time at mechanic (diesel no less) to attempt installation of a part that had 0 hope of fitting. I'm out $750 to date and looking at their return policy, they may ding me more... TBD.
There mistake and my cost... beware! Check everything. They are not to believed as far as I'm concerned.

Autoplicity has no communication skills. Ordered part on 11/9/20 got email with order confirmation number. I sent an email 11/11/20 asking for shipping tracking information. Got no response. Called Autoplicity on 11/16/20 and asked about my order. Spoke with Jennifer who informed me that Autoplicity had refunded my credit card stating the part was out of stock. I checked before writing this review and Autoplicity still shows 10 of these parts, # 590-200, in stock. I will never do business with this company again. Stan J

This is horrible, I purchased some Spyder Headlights for my R35 GTR and they did not function, the high beams never worked. I sent pics to autoplicity they kept stringing me on for weeks and now they are telling me they can't get Spyder to replace them therefore after over a month they are telling me to replace them and send them back. Therefore I have to buy another set of OEM and mail back the DIC code causing Spyder Headlights. The high beams do not function at all. Thank you for nothing autoplicity.

I've been trying to return the item as it was not what I needed. Your customer service-Veronica either doesn't understand or is giving me the run around. I even called on Fri 8/28 and was told that she would handle it by the end of the day. Well that didn't happen. So here's your chance to make it right. Just send me the return instructions and all will be fine.

I set up acct, I placed order. Payed through PayPal. Received PayPal bank withdrawal notice but never received any order confirmation, tracking, nothing. Went on site checked my order number several times, all it said was ' order received' no processing, shipping, not any other info.
Finally checked on Tuesday said it was delivered Sunday to my mailbox, No Item received till yesterday. When I called on Tuesday women told me I could not reorder! Only apply for refund! What kind of way is this to do business?

My only complaint is that the muffler system I ordered came UNPACKED. I realize it would have probably cost more for packing it up in a box, but it did have a few dents and scratches from being tossed around in shipping. I also couldn't find anywhere on the website that said some parts may not come in a box. Nevertheless, the part fit and I have already had it put on with no problems. Just be aware that if you order a large part, the FedEx driver may come walking out holding it in his arms! Lol!

I was able to save hundreds of dollars by buying my replacement Jeep muffler and resonator through Autoplicity and doing it myself. The estimated delivery time was great already and they beat that by delivering a day earlier. Parts were as advertised however one end of the resonator pipe had a small crush that I was able to pound out with a hammer. I am not sure when or where that happened but I have no doubt that if it was not immediately repairable they would have wasted no time in correcting it.

I ordered my part on a Wednesday evening, paid an extra $70 for Next Day Air shipping and didn't see my part until Monday night. I was offered a $20 credit to my card. When I called Friday asking what I can expect as far as when my part would be delivered, she told my by that night. The agent on my Monday call told me she was wrong. They need to communicate with each other. I'll not use this company again.

I can't say yet but I did call Autoplicity in Chicago and talked about ordering something. I was concerned about the price. It was lower than everybody else. He did tell me that all parts are brand new from factory and I think he did say they are wholesalers. I had to order on line because his system was down. That's not uncommon because of whats going on in the U. S. A. I will look later on and order something else if I need it.(So far I am satisfied)

Needed Ducky Water Spot Remover for my boat & ordered from a different supplier on July 12, prior to placing the same order with Autoplicity. I was never informed of the back order with previous supplier until after I hit the "place order" button, then receive an email notice hours later. Waited weeks to find out the product would not be in stock until July 30. Too long to wait. I found the same product "in stock" at Autoplicity for a great sale price. Placed my order & had the product within days!! I'm a happy customer!

Stumbled upon Autoplicity while searching for new struts for the back hatch of my Lexus. The company had good reviews and a good price so I placed my order. The items arrived two days after I placed the order. Seem to be of a good quality. So far, I am quite pleased. Time will tell on the durability of the struts but I have no reason to believe they won't last for many years. Based on this experience, I will give Autoplicity more business as the need arises. I recommend that you give them a try.

Order was missing parts. Contacted customer service. First 'gentleman' I spoke to was exceptionally rude and unhelpful, just kept repeating back to me the item I ordered, ignoring me telling him there were pieces missing. Second person was more helpful, but have yet to receive the promised follow-up email letting me know the warehouse was shipping me the missing item. Will NEVER do business with this company again.

Previously supplied to customer service. The item shipped with LITERALLY NO shipping protection. It arrived scuffed and dirty. I had to throughly wash and hide scuffs by turning away from view on my RV. Small parts were secured by impossible to remove large mounds of hot melt glue. On inside of tank cover. Cut off what I could without causing further damage so the cover would fit over LP tanks.
I expect Autoplicity to make it up to me without making me assemble another tank cover.

Well, they grab you with a good price then when something goes wrong with your order the customer service goes from bad to worse. Now they won't even respond. Took months to get the right parts. Don't ever count on actually receiving your $5 rebate as promised when you leave a review either. They owe me $10 and after over 2 months I'm still waiting for a return label to send back the wrong parts. Terrible customer service!

Very easy!
The description of the item did not state that it came with the gaskets so I ordered the gaskets separately only to find out that I do not need them and now have to return them at my expense.
I called customer service to explain this but got no satisfaction. They also told me I would get an email with a return authorization, but never received it.

I ordered a life jacket from them on Amazon. I paid $32.58 for it. It was advertised as "adult extra large". When I got it was too small. I returned it. They only refunded me $5.00. I called them and they said they have "a restocking fee and a labeling fee." They would not refund me the $27.58. I recommend NOT buying anything from this company.

Not from your warehouse ! I am disappointed ! With price that highway robbery.
Each vehicle with dram brakes require four (4) of these bolt washers per automobile

I contacted Autoplicity today, 6/3, asking for any information regarding the products production/expiration date and was given "No, we do not." as the response. When replied to regarding the issue with this, Autoplicity did not respond back. The lack of customer service and care, in general, is overly abundant. This company sold us (QTY:50) products for $886.95, and they cannot say whether the items are expired or not??????
I will never purchase from here again, and highly recommend others do not as well. This business is a joke.

Ordered a 2.5 lift kit description said suspension lift kit had picture of new coil springs and sway bar links shocks pitman arm was really excited to see my package was delivered got home to find out they sent me a leveling kit (tortion keys) and 2 shocks messaged there trash customer support and he wanted to treat me like I'm $#*!ed, everything about this company is shady.

your hosting server is really slow. it took me like 30 min to get my order to go through. Only reason I put up with it is and continued trying was because you guys are offering such a great deal compared to everyone else on the product I was buying. If you guys would like to give me 15 percent off on the hood and rear lip I want we can make a deal : )
