After 2 months of trying to find a part, you had many of them. Fast shipping, the right part and great price. But, I never got a tracking number and called one day. The female was RUDE, RUDE , RUDE. I'll use you again and recommend you to everyone, but I warn them about the customer service.

i ordered an automatic transmission and was sent a manual one, I contacted the supplier and they had it replace in 3 days, another Transmission with 10,000 less miles for the same price.
I would order from them again for sure.

The first part, ABS Module, was defective but a replacement was sent at no charge...pronto. The replacement was good.

Quick shipping and easy to use website.
The only thing not the best was how it was packaged for shipping. It was strapped to a pallet in such a way that made it tip easily. The weight was all on one side and almost tipped over when unloading. Had it tipped over it most likely would have been damaged.

Great service and fast delivery

Order processing and delivery service were both excellent. I have not gotten the part into the shop to replace on the car so don't know 100% the quality and accuracy of the part, but I'm trusting that it will be fine since everything has gone well so far.

I got an email saying they did not recognize the zip code. The PO changed it last year so when the zip code got recognized, the order went through.
The part got into UPS quickly, but no fault of yours, USP was way backed up from the storm so my part took about 5 days to come from Portland to Beaverton. The part I ordered was clean and worked once I figured out how to install it. I haven't gotten the alignment right yet, but the wipers work now anyway.

Great experience. Part was in stated condition, shipping was fast, price was excellent. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I have only used it once.

I needed a replacement headlight, so I first tried ordering a new part through JC Whitney. It took awhile to arrive, and I discovered (a) it was cheaply made and (b) didn't quite fit. So instead I ordered a replacement here. It arrived as promised, and fits perfectly.

Easy ordering process. Part arrived later than I expected seeing as it was a local shipper, but this is not on Auto Parts Fair.
